Hey just from going through the topic, it seems like a lot of back and forth with no real progress other than "don't play on fullscreen mode" which is a bit of a bummer. All my software is up to date, but it'd be a real pain not to be able to play in fullscreen so... Kind of a bummer really. Thanks for the response though.
: Hi ya I had the exact same problem and got help form Riot support. This was their response: Hey there, Thanks for reaching out to us. I checked, and it seems that League is running in compatibility mode and that is most likely the culprit here. CFG| OS Version: 8 Home And your actual OS is Windows 10 Home 64-bit, and this can cause various issues, from crashes, freezes and other unpredictable situations. Therefore, let's fix that, here's how to fix it: Right click on the League shortcut Choose properties Go to Compatibility tab Unpick the "Run this program in compatibility mode for:" Click Apply. Repeat the same steps for the executable from this file path (default path, if you have league installed in another partition, just find the path specified bellow): C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\RADS\projects\lol_game_client\releases\0.0.x.xxx\deploy Note: the 0.0.x.xx should be the latest version of the release. This fixed the issue for me. Have not had a single crash after that. Hope this helps!

: my Windows OS crashed when I updated the client. didn't even have a chance to log in. and I have huge performance issues, specially during champion selection. the game itself runs fine but the client is completely broken right now.
The client, whilst buggy, isn't my problem. I will have a bug where randomly in a game I hear the windows error sound and the game freezes. I can't tab out, can't get task manager to show, and the only way around it is to shut down my PC and restart... At this point, I'd honestly rather a few patches of less new content and lot more working on bug fixes...{{sticker:sg-soraka}}

They'll be looking for feedback and for abuse of the system in those regions, and then aim to get it to go worldwide at some later point. They said and I quote; > We’re open to rolling it back if things just don’t work out. Having said that, we’re excited for you to try it, and we’re hoping it will be a hit, so make sure to keep giving us your feedback. Hope that helps :)
