: Not a QQ Thread, Just my opinion :)
For anyone who wants to view the game stats, here it is:http://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUW1/2378045216/204557369?tab=overview
Kageryu (EUW)
: Its simple really. You are good at farming, but might not be as good in other aspects keeping you back. Basically you are great at getting money, but lack the experience to fully cash in on it.
I think this is the perfect answer. I love farming, but get my butt kicked in team fights lol.
Snow Enix (EUW)
: Let's put it this way, not gonna say you are bad or anything - BUT, getting 150 cs in 19 mins vs a player who doesn't know how to play is easy : it's basically just knowing how to last hit. Getting 150 cs against a player that knows how to lane is an other matter. If I lane vs a bronze 4, you won't be getting 100 cs before min 20, and that's assuming I'm gonna roam and give you some free time in lane. Hope this clears a few things.
He is Silver 4 and me Bronze 4. Maybe He just had a bad game. BTW majority of the players were silver. :)

Lol, "He" is actually me haha. I was tallking about my game I had with Zed. But thanks for the opinions. Maybe I should just play rank, because I just did my placements, went 7/10 and got Bronze 4. From there on, I did not play ranked again. Maybe I should start playing ranked. :)

: Well I just got another mail from them. And in that mail, they say that since my friend is the creator of this account, he must send them a ticket.
I am not sure how to delete this thread but it has been solved. Riot returned my account. Thank You Riot.
: You probably got the account suspended because they think you might have bought the account or something.

: I really do sympathize with you here, and I completely understand the frustration of this scenario. But the PS is correct: by all legal ways of looking at it, the account does belong to your friend, and not you. Again, since this is an account related matter, we can't offer help on the boards as nobody here has access to any internal information. Only Riot can assist you in any matter here through their ticketing system. Even if your ticket is marked as "resolved", you can still reply to it. The ticket will be reopened.
After the "suspended" mail I got from them, I already replied with 7 mails.... Still no answer.

: Greetings. As frustrating as it is, the action done by the Rioter in this case is actually the correct form of action based on their guidelines. Any type of account sharing is a strict violation of the ToU, and that also includes having other people create accounts for you. In your case, reply to the ticket and let them know exactly what the situation is from your side. What they can offer as assistance, I don't know, but it's the only way to get more help here. I'll agree that is sounds very harsh to be permabanned for this, but Riot needs to be very clear on these matters and not open up for exceptions. If they allow this type of account-sharing (which this is still listed as), then other people will use the same excuse and demand unbans as well. There is also another problem by having another person making the account for you: > **Eligibility**. Only "natural persons," as opposed to any kinds of legal entities (e.g., corporations, limited liability companies, and/or partnerships), shall have the privilege of establishing an Account. **By entering into this Agreement and creating an Account, you represent that you are an adult and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract in the jurisdiction where you reside. You agree to comply with this Agreement on behalf of yourself** and, at your discretion, any minor children for whom you are the parent or legal guardian and whom you have authorized to play the Game using your Account. You further agree that you are entirely liable for all activities conducted through your Account, and are responsible for ensuring that you and/or your child is aware of, understands, and complies with the terms of this Agreement and any and all other Riot Games rules, policies, notices and/or agreements. I highlighted the important bit here. The problem here is that upon creating an account, you have to accept to the terms of use. This is actually a form of legal document, which you need you accept in order to have permission from Riot to play on said account. You can't have other people sign legal documents for you, which is a big issue here. When your friend created the account, **he** was the person who accepted the terms confirming that **he** would not share the account with anyone, which he did by giving it to you.

In the email that they replied, not in many words, they say that it's "his" account.. But to get back to what you were saying, I do understand about the agreement but here is the funny part of it, if I did not email Riot and asked them the question i did, and give them the information, I would never have been banned and I would still have been playing on my account right now. That is what I am trying to get at. Nearly 2 years past and only now... ONLY NOW they feel like banning me?
: [Resolved] Account Suspended Due To Security Reasons?
Is there any way to get a RED in this thread? Since I am getting now reply from RIOT via Email.
: I don't think this should be counted as breaking license agreement. I mean, he never played on that account, he just helped you created it. Why don't you contact that friend that created account for you, so he can help you retrieve it?

I phoned him and asked him to email Riot and explain to them. Not much he can do since it is my account with my email. I even gave Riot my IP Address in the mail. They should see that only I have been playing on my account, although my network meter does give me 2 different IP's lol. Maybe I gave the wrong IP?

I did not share my account with him. Back then when he created my account, I knew nothing of the whole process. He was already Lv.30 so he helped me create it. Is that such a crime? Yes. You didn't share it with him, but he shared it with you. It's treated the same way.
A few weeks ago, my younger brother asked me out about Facebook and asked me to create him a Facebook account. So I did, and I also showed him how to create a new password. Do you get where I am going at? It feels as if I am being punished for something I did not know about.
Sky8800 (EUW)
: You already have the answer in your post: > You may not share your Account with anyone other than as expressly set forth herein, and you are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Login Credentials and for any and all activities (including purchases and charges, as applicable) that are conducted through your Account. Account sharing is not allowed.
That's the thing. I did not share my account with him. Back then when he created my account, I knew nothing of the whole process. He was already Lv.30 so he helped me create it. Is that such a crime?
