It's true that the E cooldown is too high early, but after all it's meant to be an engaging tool rather than a defensive one, giving him lower cooldowns on E would be absurd, unless you nerf the E's shield and damage. If you're having trouble early, try more defensive runes.

The price should be 1820RP for one of the skins, and for the other it should cost slightly over the price of a chroma (since it has slightly different particles), I'd say 520RP if you bought either solar or lunar variant to be fair. as for borders and stuff, I don't know about that. I guess they should give them in seperate bundles.

That's one of the stupidest champs Riot has ever made, if you're an ADC, or have a champ that depends on point and click spells, there's absolutly nothing you can do against her, even True Sight, like Lee Sin's E or Zyra's W won't reveal her, her W is the most broken spell of all game, If you want my opinion, she should be at least targetable with AA and Point and click spells when using W Under a tower, But by letting the tower not hit her until she attacks or when the W runs out.

Basically you'll get purple victorious graves in any ranked queue as long as you're gold, for solo you'll get white, flex you'll get black, and 3vs3 you get blue. And that's pretty much it I guess, hope this helps.

Xayah is busted right now, I've seen her 1/5/0 in a game and then just with two items she gets back in the game like that feeding never happened and ended up 18/9/7, in my opinion she deserves a nerf, her passive should deal less damage, and her other spells needs longer cooldown or more mana consumption so that she harrasses less in lane.

It's not just for the amount of magic penetration, it's to create more suitable magic penetration items with some utility, here's an example: if you're playing an AP assassin champion( like Ahri, Diana...), you'd want to build often some movment speed items with AP damage, but if you do that, sometimes you'll find yourself in a situation where you need to buy magic penetration items to deal with tanks, but you'll have no room for it, so you'll have to sacrifice some utility in order to fight off some tanks(which is the movment speed in this example),which can limits the potential of these champions. But if an item that provides both movment speed and magic penetration were made, wouldn't it solve this kind of situation? So my point is, that they should add other build paths for magic penetration items, I mean adding this {{item:3113}} and that{{item:3136}} , or {{item:3010}} + {{item:3136}} , could create something good.

: To be fair, Lord Dominik's/Mortal Reminder are _bonus_ armour penetration whereas Void Staff is total magic penetration. If anything Void Staff is more powerful than its AD counterpart. But because AP (magic) damage and AD (physical) damage are substantially different, more magic penetrating items may break mages. We don't want a repeat of Deathfire Grasp.

But yes more magic penetration can break some mages as you say, but items like that can be created with some moderate amount of magic penetration, they can also add passives with the same name so that some items won't stack their magic penetration with others, plus there is a PBE server in which some tests can be run in there, so I'm pretty sure that they can find some balance in making those items, But it's still a suggestion though.

Well yes, but the point is that there are more AD items that ignores a portion of the ennemy champions armor compared with the magic penetration items.

: Malz, Syndra(a good syndra is really hard for yasuo), Zed. This are midlaners. He has a hard time vs alot of toplane fighters.
Or Zyra mid, you can place plants behind his shitty wind wall and shred a whole lot of his hp, there's also Jax, Irelia or Annie mid which I also use to play against that cancerous champ.
