This is demonstrably false.
Orianna's RW combo will deal 540 + 140% AP vs Annie's standard combo of RW, 650 + 150% AP.. This excludes Tibbers autos
The counterplay to Orianna is to spread out such that either you can't all get hit by her ult or that her ball resets due to distance.
The difficulty of a champion is compared to other mages. Orianna is objectively harder than many other champions. It doesn't take much to learn to QR or ER I grant you but it takes a bit more to learn how to play her effectively; many other champions in the game have decent baseline combos but take more to master. TF is a good example.. his W is mechanically easy to use but it's everything else about TF that makes it hard.
(And with Orianna being my most played champion I am somewhat biased, but I do also play a lot of other difficult control mages like Syndra and Viktor)

What do you think are Orianna's weaknesses right now?
I think her zoning is a bit unfair. That being said, I am a biased zed/talon player.

Hi I was stuck in champ select during this and the timer reached 0 when I was picking (I couldn't ban any champs) so I was wondering if I suffered LP loss as a result?

Also a popular move would be W-Q-R on any squishy target, for example ADCs, and you'll usually be able to do a lot of damage, even one shotting them late game.
