It is a very common hat and if I remember right it is based on the victorian age. It has been in a lot of games and aparently anime as well.
I do think it fits the theme very well, but then again I´m still sceptical about the new champ so I´m not buying the skin as of now soooo I don´t really mind it either way.

You are having a winrate of 59% at your current elo, how could anybody tell you how to improve based on your stats and Item build alone?
It is not like you hit a wall or anything so why do you ask for improvement? Just play and watch your replays, especially those games where you died a lot/lost the game. Most Mistakes are obvious when you can just concentrate on looking for them.

Everytime I see a rant about how people always have feeder in their team I give them the simple math.
A game consist of 10 people, one of them you and the other 9 are random.
Now you have 4 random, your enemy has 5. You are the only constant. So you replace a possible feeder, flamer or afk player. But you also replace a possible Carry, nice guy and someone who wants to win.
To put it simple, if you can´t climb in always changing teams then frankly it is your fault.
Also you should step away from the game for a while, it is clearly not healthy for you.

so what? Does that mean every other player who plays badly is boosted? Seriously man just step away from the game. Riot is not trying to keep you in low elo, your players are just humans who play the game and you are simply angry about things that shouldn´t bother you in the first place. You are wasting time rambling about people in a videogame who you will never meet in reallife.
Think about it.

People playing badly is no sign for being boosted. Everyone who uses this word so freely should maybe step away from the game for a while and realise that it is in fact a game where you are supposed to have fun and not be the salty players you apparently are.
