: Which Junglers won with Runeglaive?
My biggest gripe with the item is it's 40 AP vs 80 AP. Magus had a very strong late game presence because you lose 20% cdr if you sell it. This item is basically if you're full build sell for Lich Bane. Here's some ideas to get the late game status back for this item: * Devourer-like: Get 0.5 AP per big monster kill and 1 AP per kills and assists (my recommendation) * Just up the AP in general, then it's still questionable late (if < 80) * Up the AP a little (~60) and give it 15-20% cdr

I see your point, but I don't think it's better than the 22h system. Let me clarify: Your point is: I can finish day 1 IP bonus at 23:50, and then get Day 2 bonus IP 1 game later. **The Point is**: To help you form a habit of playing daily. Riot wants you to become daily habitual players, and your system encourages play for 2 games for 1-2 hours every 2 days. This is not habit forming behaviour.

They already increased RP prices, now they are just trying to milk us dry.

I guess the team who surrenders last loses the game. But yeah this happened to me in ranked... They destroyed our nexus, but then surrendered. IIRC I was in promos. Coding wise: When surrender vote is cast, surrender team is set to loser, and other team is set to winner. So if the other team surrenders after, the same code runs, making the team that surrenders last lose.

: Play xin, high damage early game, easy to play, got sustain and clear speed, dont listen to the chat or pings, leaving ur jungle is loosing gold and experience unless u make good use of your time, so u gank lanes that are pushed only, meaning gank when ur top laner for example is under his tower. Make sure he has decent hp, make sure ur enemy is not fed, or ahead by 50 cs before u gank, check his items as well, if ur top, mid, bot lane fed hard, listen let them say what ever they want to say, do not gank the fed lane, ull make things worse trust me, do not go for tower dive ganks if ur still a beginner, u will die. If ur playing against a shaco orcrengar, kerp a pink ward with u, change ur trinket to a sweeper and buy sight wards, sometimes u dont have to gank to help, if ur top laner is pushing hard without wards, u can ward for him, he is bad true, but by helping him feed less, u increase ur chances to win. May i suggest, for beginner junglers, volibear, xin, pantheon, and dont be scared, its just a game, if ur scared u will lose, if u play for fun, u will win. As for jungler that might invade your jungler early game and ur supposed to be carefull against them, shaco (if he has ignite be 100% sure he will pop up at your red or blue, try to get 550 quick, go back, get ur jungle item and a punk ward), lee sin will counter jungle early, nunu will counter jungle all game, those are the basics, hope i helped
I would also highly recommend Xin, I have 78% winrate over 35+ games on him. TL;DR: His ganks are easy (point click), his powerspikes are lvl 1-9 and triforce. **Runes & Masteries**: Get AS quints, AD marks, Flat Armor, 5% cdr Blue (6), and Scaling MR blues (3). I use this for ADC too these days, get the 5% CDR mastery in the offensive tree to get to 10% at the start. I also get the AP part of the tree because Xin sustain scales really well with AP and you get **Ganks**: His ganks are super easy because of E being point and click. Try to come from behind the laner if possible, and Q/W him 1st. Only use E once he has used a disengage (flash/skill) for the slow, use blue smite if available if he uses second dash. Don't tower dive before lvl 8 (Cinderhulk). I like to gank Mid/Top more than Bot, because 2 vs 1 is a 100% increase in presence, while 3 v 2 only 50%, admittedly Bot has higher rewards (2 kills vs 1 kill). **Item Builds**: I build blue Enchantment {{item:3706}} (red is also viable), lvl 1 boots, then Black Cleaver {{item:3071}} (30% CDR is awesome when you have it early) (if it's all AD team, go for frozen heart {{item:3110}} ), then finish cinderhulk**{{item:3709}} , finish boots (usually merc treads). Upgrade your trinket as soon as you hit lvl 9. The best 250g you can spend. In almost all games I have most or 2nd most wards placed because of this. Triforce, Spirit Visage (finish your 40% CDR), you can also got Locket of the Solari {{item:3190}} for the last 10%. I tend to go for Cinderhulk because with Xin "once your in, your in" you commit hard to fights. (Ie you die easily) Warrior is much more aggressive... you'll die more, but you'll get more kills (you could do this if your team lacks damage). Full Build is usually: {{item:3709}} {{item:3143}} {{item:3071}} {{item:3078}} {{item:3265}} {{item:3065}} {{item:3361}} Other good items are (exchange Randuins or Cleaver): {{item:3155}} {{item:3156}} {{item:3026}} {{item:3110}} {{item:3022}} {{item:3025}} {{item:3102}} {{item:3270}} **: I only recently started using this path instead and it's on my smurf **Skills**: I level R>E>Q>W, and first couple of levels Q,W,E. Leveling R>Q>E>W is also viable (but I prefer the first). You can gank lvl 2 then Q -> E is recommended, but it will set you back in the jungle (I do this a lot when I play Purple side, but then burning a flash is sufficient, so I wait until I know I can secure the kill before I level E) (warn your toplaner you'll be ganking lvl 2 if you are, ask him to level his stun if he has one). **General Xin Tips**: His power spike is really early (Lvl 1-9). As soon as you have E you should either gank (if you have enough HP) or back and then gank. Another big power spike is Triforce (could be completed before cleaver if you want). He is not the strongest Dragon taker (they also recently buffed drake so solo lvl 2-3-4 drakes are pretty rare), so don't try to solo him early. Ult sooner rather than later (though sometimes you can get the kill when all your other skills are on cooldown and the opponent is quite low). Remember that Q reduces the cooldown of all your other abilities (incl. ult). With 40% CDR you can often engage with QW-E and then have E available as they try to disengage again.

: Its okay for a champ to have many tools, look at supports, they have many tools. However, if you have many tools, you have to have lesser scalings so you would use all those tools. Hes an assasin/support type of guy. His kit is designed and okay for that, however the numbers of his abilities is not. Look at for example yasuo, elise, kha. All of them have overloaded kits, are they op? No, because their numbers were tweaked. Tweak numbers of ekko and he becomes good but not op.
You'll notice in my proposed nerfs the only overload that I suggest they take out is the ult heal/damage. And even that is open for just a reduction in ratios. I actually think he's not that OP at the moment, the mana gate is really heavy, and that leaves you having to invest in many other items that delays your damage items quite a bit. When the new jungle item comes out I think he'll be really strong in the jungle because it'll highly reduce this gate.
: Um it doesn't grant anything now... It's a trinket so it's got no stats and is free.
That's on TT. I'm talking Howling Abyss (but no way for you to have known, my bad)
Dextix LT (EUNE)
: Ekko is op not because of his kit, but because of his kit paired with his scalings. Ekko was designed to be a "skirmishing" assasin, an assasin which excels at long fights and doesnt instantly burst people down. However, they gave him the scalings of a complete burst assasin. Just nerf his scalings a bit and let the community to learn his kit and how to play against it and it will be fine.
His problem isn't scalings (alone)... It's that his kit is overloaded. W has **stupidly huge shield **(80% scaling?!), **stun/slow**, **execute damage** on his AA's when below 30%, also: _Ekko can detonate the sphere while dead and while in Stasis icon stasis_. That is the biggest Shield scaling in the game (OK Urgot has higher because of the % mana buff, but he has no other AP ability scalings). Slows: Q slows. He has an additional slow on his passive (up to 80%) and he "steals" the speed if it procs against champions! E **dashes** AND **blinks** AND is an **Auto Attack reset **(you know that?!), applies **on hit effects** and **spell effects** (?!). R doesn't cost mana (ok they nerfing this next patch), Heals a ton, and Damages a ton (130% AP) And he gets free MR per level. Unlike you know... Tanky Singed or Poppy, and another melee assassin Yasuo who all get 0. My proposed nerfs: * Remove MR gain per level (increase his "squishy" weakness) * Make W visible for .75s before detonation (up from .5), * Reduce passive slow max from 80% to like 50%, * Take away either the damage or the heal of the ult and or reduce the ratios on it * Reduce W's shield scaling to 60% Buffs: * I do feel that his mana is a big gate for him, and [even in LCS you Bjergsen went Flask + 2 Dorans rings + Morellonomicon](http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/TRLH1/1001210129?gameHash=58b826f6b546ad66&tab=builds&participant=3), so I would either buff some of his max mana (by perhaps +200 or so @ lvl 18), or mana regen to match most mana using champs (19.6/5 @ lvl 18)

1.3% picks barrier currently http://www.lolking.net/charts?region=all&type=spell-popularity&range=daily&map=sr&queue=normal
: ignite reduces heal ignite does not reduce barrier i prefer barrier
Lets do lvl 11 ignite vs barrier vs heal: Ignite does 270 damage over 5s doing 54 per second Barrier blocks 315 damage, but only for 2s, so you block 108 of ignite's damage Heal heals for 240, but is halved, but is still better than barrier... because it "blocks" 120. In fact... I'll edit the main post to add this info. This is just wrong.
Emillie (EUW)
: It is in the meta right now. In that situation you described, Heal wouldn't have saved him either due to the grievous wounds.
So ignite > heal and barrier. Why should this be?
: No , 5s is too much , ignite wouldn't be picked mid anymore cause the enemy can have barrier and just negate ALL the ignite damage for example if he has 10 hp and you flash ignite him he will just barrier. 4s would be enought
Why should ignite not be 100% countered by barrier? If both picks barrier, then it's just anti-assassin meta. If both picks ignite, then it's a skill matchup, if the one picks barrier the other ignite then it becomes **situational** to when you use which one (for instance if you survived a gank using barrier+flash, you can't use it next time). This is a good thing, rather than have "I must play ignite to be competitive" meta. (I would recommend the same cooldown on both then) But the 4s proposal is probably a good balance.
: Orianna is pretty strong but she goes through mana quite quickly if she's forced to use it to push the lane. She can't build a catalyst like Cho and by the time her Chalice is finished, Cho is already 30 farm ahead. I think the issue is that Cho does the same damage (or more) than most mid laners and is tanky/sustainy to boot. Not to mention the CC and slows O.o
They really need to nerf(buff?) her mana costs. It's oppressive. In Hexakill I realised this, even with tear and morelonomicon I ran out of mana.
: {{champion:103}} wrecks cho'gat any time she wants {{champion:4}}{{champion:112}} {{champion:30}} {{champion:161}} {{champion:96}}{{champion:82}} {{champion:110}} {{champion:50}} same {{champion:1}} farm lane and scale into a scarier bea~~st~~r {{champion:117}} walks into a bar , there's no counter. {{champion:69}} skill matchup

Petsho (EUW)
: But heal gives you a speedboost, which can save you in some situations.
Also heals allies... you can save others!
: Maybe it should last for 2 seconds, however when getting damaged, it's duration increases by 1 second, up to 2 bonus seconds(total duration 4 seconds) just so it would be good to use.
I think this adds a lot of counterplay (which is good), but it's quite a bit more complex than just 4s worth of barrier (complexity is usually not a good thing unless it has function).

Premades do not have additional report power, their reports basically count as one.
Any sources for the "nope" (the 1st and the 2nd)? I believe very little is published about how the algorithms work?
: Did you even get punished? This sounds a lot like you just got that little pop up called "behavior alert". This is not a punishment, it's purely informational. It doesn't mean that you are or will be punished, it doesn't even mean that Riot thinks these reports have been justified. It just tells you that you have been reported. To actually get punished it needs more than that ( for example your chat would be analyzed for actual toxicity).
I lost my green banner after that. So I went from "Honourable" player, to "neutral". And this is my problem: > it doesn't even mean that Riot thinks these reports have been justified I am unsure of how the system works, but I strongly believe that all reports count a little, and if it's a bunch of premade players they will have a high level of cohesion in their reporting, increasing the "reliability" of the reports. The behaviour alert has no base, and that is the problem. Have a 1st pass checker to quickly analyse the validity. Especially on premade groups (or even only on premade groups).
: No it should not. There is no excuse for flame and flamers should be permabanned. Kappa.
I wholeheartedly agree with you. There is no reason to be toxic in the game. I wasn't toxic. I literally didn't flame or talk at all. There should be very close to 0 lines and 0 characters of text next to my name in that whole game. It should absolutely have a check at the **content and behaviour** of the game, before adjudicating the reports. So even if 10/12 players report you, it should look for behaviour. * Did you use abusive language (this can be tough to be comprehensive, but it's easy to have something there) If your total chat log is 2 lines of text that is GL HF, and GG WP (including pre and post game lobbies, this should detect it) * Did you intentionally feed (is your score 0/10+)? * Did you afk? They have some things for this in place, but it's not great Just put is some semblance of checks and balances.
