Also, it tells me on that website how much money that i've spent, and it says that I've spent 1345 euros, which is legit, and then 221 USD which is what the guy who had my account spent. Well, I wanted to know the date of the logs because it would be a case solver if it happened before I recovered my account 5 months ago... but hey, easier to politely tell me to %%%% off
: After playing this game for YEARS, on 4 accounts, no one ever logged on ANY of them because I never gave anyone password to them. So I don't believe in situations like "someone stole my account". And I believe in this situation support was right. You, saying it was not you while flaming, is irrelevant. It's your account and you are responsible for it. If you gave someone password - you failed, not Riot. If you had a problem with stolen account - your job was to change e-mail and make harder password. If the situation was repeated then obviously you had to do something to lost this acc.... And I also spend a lot of money on this game but that's why I care very much about my passes and login name. I also don't instal any 3rd party softwares. It is sad but, like you said, you didn't play LoL much anyway so... Sh* happens.
Well, it is a fair statement you got there, however, I believe that my account only got stolen once and that it was during that time that whoever stole my account started flaming hard, being racist and shit... that's why I was asking for the date of the log, so I could know if the ban was related to before I recovered my account 5 months ago or after that. Also, I didnt play LoL much "currently". I still had thousand of hours worth and over 1200 euros spent, with every single champion unlocked. It's always good for me to play once in a while, and without having the progress that I had, not anymore.

: I understand how you feel, but sometimes life just isn't fair. Let me share a story with you. I played a game for quite some time, Metin2, and eventually stopped for a while (a month or so). When I came back to that account my character was stripped naked. I didn't know how anyone could have access to my account, so I did the next "logical" thing. I contacted the support and asked if it was possible to retrieve some of those items (I had prints and other proof). They said "no". I knew I wouldn't get those items back, so I decided to ask "Can you just ban my account so no one can have access to it?". Notice that I said "ban" and not "terminate". They did that and everything was fine. Eventually I started a new account. A few years later (like 3 or 4) I decided to skim through old accounts. That account was still banned and I remembered why. Then I contacted the support again and asked them to unban my account, since they banned it because I requested. The answer was a cold "No". I wondered why they wouldn't unban me, since I was the one that requested the ban in the first place (I wasn't banned for violating any rules). That's unfair because I could never use that username, e-mail or character name ever again for something so silly. Then it hit me. They didn't unban me because they don't need to and it's easier to just ignore me. Moral of the story: we don't always have things our way and we just have to accept that life isn't fair...

: But that's the thing... you, me and everyone else, don't own anything here, neither are we entitled to anything. If Riot wanted, they could ban me for absolutely anything and I couldn't do anything about it. That's the Terms of Use that we all accepted. ######If anyone thinks that this is scammy policy, let me remind you that ALL gaming companies do this. This just avoids unecessary court work. In this specific case your account was terminated because of escalating toxic behaviour (as they explained). It doesn't matter if it was you, a stranger or Santa Claus. You're responsible for your account security. ######Only in fringe cases would this be reverted, like Riot themselves leaking (or being hacked) user info, which has happened in the past. That's the sad truth. Your ban won't be lifted for a few reasons: - They don't want to - They don't need to - Your account was deemed "unworthy" Notice that two out of those three are out of your control (as I said previously, they can terminate anyone's account for any reason they want).

The only thing they told me is that they investigated, nothing else. Also, what I believe where this ban originated from was when my account got hacked/stolen from me 5 months ago, and I retrieved my account proving my ownership of it, so they are aware that I was actually hacked and that it's possible that that person was the one who was toxic, but apparently I'm responsible for that as well.
