8% true damage is not going to stop tanks, there were/are many other factors going into the weakness of tanks. Also, old conq was not a laning rune, most champs would blow through all their cooldowns before they actually stacked conq. In the state it was in before it was fine; it was OP before, but it was fine by the end of season 9.

The Conq changes were very good for him since the adaptive formula is so rigged in the favour of AP, and that combined with taste of blood and ravenous hunter being so broken made him very strong. Hes not unbeatable: any champ with decent spacing or range can beat him since his E is severely dodgeable. Hes more of an idiot punisher than anything. Ofc some champs just have no hope in the matchup; even if they outplay him hard his insane shield healing and damage let him win fights he honestly shouldnt.

You have it completely wrong. Lethalty kills champs who have no armour. Armour counters lethality. "Lethality" is flat armour pen. it reduces armour by a set value. "Armour penetration", such as {{item:3036}} remove a percentage of armour. Lets take an {{champion:516}} with 200 armour. with 1 lethality item, you take say 18 armour, leaving him with 182. with LDR you remove 35% of that armour, which is 70. leaving him 130 armour. You see now?

: Senna is strong. But she's no assassin, come on! She needs her farm (her 50+ stacks) to actually become a killing machine. She can't snowball like Pyke, can she? And she's no full support,either. She's a mix of support and ADC. So that you build heals and shields and AP as a supp , and you build AD, mana, and IE if you play ADC.
she can bully out melee champs in a way pyke cannot even dream of. Her AA range and Q and root and MS make her basically untouchable.
