Hey friend, The Prestige skin and the normal skin are totally different skins, it's not just a Chroma. The Prestige one includes all new VFX/Splash/etc. So the normal skin will be purchasable with RP, on the other hand the Prestige one will only be unlockable with Tokens.

: With all due respect, how many forum posts and leaving customers you'd like to see, before changing the LoL client and game behavior to not fall under "Malware/Virus" definition? Please don't see that as impolite remark, but the way both applications work they really deserve to be blocked by any respectful security app. Advanced tech gamers will always manage to find a workaround, but I doubt that's what you aim at. Also there is a limit to which we all would agree to shut down security features and turn our PCs into dumb consoles, for the sake of being able to run one game...unreliably. Just browse forums.. Just my 2 cents.
Hey DerDzvero, The issue regarding this one is that the Core Isolation or (Lsaiso.exe) is using a lot of CPU across the board. Also it's quite known to cause compatibility issues across the board and not only with League. The high loading time is just the side effect of it. Hey guys, We're currently looking into this issue and it seems to be related to some changes shipped in the latest Windows 10 builds (17735 and above). In order to pinpoint the exact source of the issue, we're gonna need some .dmp files from you. Here's a quick rundown on how to gather that: >- Download the [procdump.zip](https://github.com/mvankuipers/tools-dump/raw/master/procdump.zip) file. - Extract the contents of the zip file to your desktop or folder of your choice. - Right-click on setup.bat and select Run As Administrator. (Alternatively, you can start a new instance of the Command Prompt by right-clicking on it and selecting Run As Administrator, then navigating to the folder containing setup.bat and executing the command setup.bat.) - The prompt should say that procdump.exe has been set as the just-in-time debugger. - Join a custom game or practice tool to launch the game again. - If the game fails to launch, one or more new .dmp files will appear in the folder where you extracted setup.bat and procdump.exe. - Upload the dump file(s) to a file hosting service like Dropbox or Google Drive. - Make sure access permissions for the hosted file are set to Public, so that we can view them. - Link the dump file(s) in a [Support ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new), providing a description of your problem with as many details as possible or simply link this post. Be sure to include the Windows 10 version you're using in the title. In the meantime, you can resort to a rollback of the Windows Update (17134 should be Spring Creator Update). Here's a quick guide on how to do that: >1. Press Start and choose Settings. 2. Enter Updates and Security. 3. Choose the Recovery Tab. 4. Windows Defender has a feature called "Core Isolation" that might cause high loading times or [**high CPU usage**](https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4032786/high-cpu-usage-in-the-lsaiso-process-on-windows-10-or-windows-server-2). This feature is used to prevent malicious code from accessing high-security processes in case of an attack. It's not an essential security feature but it's nice to have. *Keep in mind that this only applies if you have Windows 10 on your rig so if you're running into this issue on another OS feel free to open up a [support ticket](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) to us and one of my colleagues will take over.* *** To disable this feature: >- Go to Start, and search for "Windows Defender Security Center" - Go to the "Device Security" area - Find "Core Isolation" - Turn this off - Apply, then restart your PC to complete the disable. *** Again, this is just one of the causes for this specific issue and we're continuing to investigate.

Sorry to hear about that. :( We've introduced SMS verification as a measure against smurfing or situations where players are joining the tournament on multiple accounts. As you know, smurfing is something we take **very** seriously in Clash and this was made for keeping all fair and competitive.

So in your case, you're going to have a premium entry on day one and if you lose the 4-team bracket, you're going to get the [reward](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/360000951548-Clash-FAQ#Prizes) based on your performance. If you want to re-enter you're going to have to buy a new ticket. :)
