: perma ip ban possible?
Even an IP ban won't do it. It is quite easy to get a new ip. Get a hardware ban then you will have to buy a new computer - which is way more expensive than getting a new IP.
: I think you misunderstood my intentions. I don't want to offend you in any way, I just disagree with your point made, and I was **surprised** that you think she is underpowered more than anything. As for the outplayabiltiy: In what way do you think she is too easy to outplay? Because she does belong in the category of juggernauts, these massive walls that, if they get close, do so much damage that you will shout at your screen in frustration, and as is usual for this category, they are easily kited with a little mobility. (So I am generally interested to know where you see the 'too easily outplayed' specifically, I want arguments, me gusta arguments ^^)
> I think you misunderstood my intentions. I don't want to offend you in any way, Don't worry, you did not offend me :) Sorry if it sounded like that. > As for the outplayabiltiy: In what way do you think she is too easy to outplay? Mostly the tentacles slam speed, it takes roughly 1 to 1.5 sec, maybe even 2 secs, to deal the damage, which is waaay too much time, and you don't even have any form for CC. If you can not dodge the tentacle aoe in that time then you must be not that great at dodging, or cc´ed by her allies.
: no it doesn't. In normals it looks at average level and average MMR of the teams. Hence you can be good and your teammates absolute rubbish and enemies somewhere between.
Both half true and false. If you queue solo it doesn't look at the teams average mmr. However if you queue together with friends, it finds the average of your teams (your premades) mmr and queue with that. Which I forgot to say, my bad. But it doesn't look at it that way, i think, you describe it. Where you queue up and it finds 5 other players, find the average of that. Afterwards matches you up with another 5 persons, whose average is the same as your teams´.
: Riot support even agreed that their match making is broken, just they fail to know how to fix it. LOL!!! TBH an good fix would be to match people with similar individual MMR, not team based average MMR.
They already do that, lol. The match making looks for other players with the closest mmr to yours, and matches you against those, in ranked at least. In normal it is the same, but here you just don't know what your mmr is, and you can end up playing vs a diamond player, because that player might only have the same mmr, in normals, as you have. This can happen if he never plays normals.
: I might be "ow level" but I've got more experience in this game than most people under plat... Also the thing about "smurfs" they are all all "smurfs" from different ranks (most low elo). Only time I saw new players were first five matches maybe.
If you don't have a lvl 30 acc, I doubt you are more experienced than most players under plat. Why would you even say that at all? I also never said that you were a bad player at all. I described the situation around being lvl 11. > Only time I saw new players were first five matches maybe. So you are smurfing? Or playing with plat+ friends or ?
: Uhm I don't think he meant 'underpowered', more off a sort off balanced champion, if you know what to do. If you do think illaoi is underpowered, you should probably practice more. And every champion should be outplayable, that's how this game should work.
I want you to read what I wrote again, because you clearly didn't understand it. > she is **way too easy** to outplay at the moment. Not saying that she shouldn't be outplayable at all, just it is way too easy to do at the moment. Resulting in her being underpowered, since she won't be getting her damage off in most cases. I think she is good in low elo (bronze-gold) but not in high elo, because of that low elo players are terrible at dodging. What is the difference between off-balanced and underpowered? Off-balanced means not being in a good state. Underpowered means being too weak, aka not in a good state. So it is pretty much the same. That being said > If you do think illaoi is underpowered, you should probably practice more. Applies to you aswell. > And every champion should be outplayable, that's how this game should work. Where did I say that she shouldn't be outplayable? Nowhere.

: "Main mastery" in loading screen
That would be nice, but not needed. I doubt it will be implemented, since it is such a small, and unnecessary, feature to have.
: Missing dl file and punishemt
When you can get into a game, copy the missing DLL (when you have it of course) and save it somewhere. So the next time it crashes, copy the DLL back into the folder, but always keep a working copy saved. Your issue sounds like your HDD is stating to fail. Try to make a defragmentation, and look for errors in it.
: Well in my Ranked games when I'm 10/2 and still lose I watch replay and I'll be like "How did I get fed? I played terrible!" So yes you were certainly not carrying your team.
As HardyKoH said, you didn't carry your team. There were a lot of things you could have had done. But of course, it is not completely your own fault, if you are the only one with a positive KDA. The thing a lot of people tend to forget, is that it is not just about what you do in your own lane, but also what you do in other lanes that helps you win the games more easily. Also, you are only lvl 11, a lot of people around there don't know how to play the game properly, since everyone is most likely new to the game. There is also a very high risk of going against smurfs.

Actually 3 days ago I upgraded to 10, went into a custom game, saw there is a little decrease in FPS and then I returned to 7 to see is it because of the OS or something else. When I returned and went into a custom everything was as it should be. I went to 10 again because I like it more than 7 and now the only thing I want is that normal fps back.
Right now I am a bit confused, is it just a small fps drop? On like 5-10, or a huge fps drop on 60-70? If it is the first the reasn is, Win 10 requires a better pc than Win 7, and sadly, you won't be able to get those lost fps back. But as you stated at the top, you went from 160 to 90-100 fps. Which is something that shouldn't be happening. //Revinz

Not a major bug, so it is low priority - who even buys devour on Vi anyway? Go for Warrior instead, much better. Lucian ult bug will be fixed in the next patch, don't worry. I don't see why they won't just hotfix it, like with the Warlord´s something mastery. //Revinz

Hey Tiger4545 First of all, make sure to upgrade all of your drivers, also remember to download DirectX - (I don't think DirectX has anything to do with it, but worth a try.) Secondly, make sure your graphic settings are on uncapped, V-sync and anti-aliasing are off. : Question about illaoi (for the ones that already tryed her out)
Your passive has a cooldown between the spawn of each tentacle, so you can kinda control where you want them to go. And no, they will not spawn in the middle of anything, it will always be on a wall. You are not able to spawn them whereever you want, since there is a minimum range between each tentacle. Like you can max get 3 - naturally spawned, tentacles to hit 1 target (very small spot) Yeah they are infinite, but I doubt you will be able to get tentacles all over the map, since they despawn after 1 min if you are not near them. //Revinz

: Should riot let us know about the outcome of our reports?
They do tell you when you get someone banned, but it is not everyone who reported the player who get the notification though. Sadly enough QQ. And, yes please! Rito send us a mail if someone we have reported has gotten banned, would be so awesome!
: How is Illaoi "crazy op"? Please have a good long look at her winrates in Plat+. And there are reasons for that. I just had a game as Nasus vs. illaoi again. She even dominated the early game, getting three kills off really uncalled-for ganks by my mid and jungle, empowering her ult...and I still dominated her afterwards thanks to the free stacks. Next champion: Quinn. Can simply shoot down all of her tentacles. Everytime Illaoi tries to go in: Nope, Vault. Oh you wanna ult me? Eat my Q, now you dont see me. Good luck hitting your W. Hi I am Mundo, and my Regen > your Mana. Hi, my name is Ryze, my autoattack range > your tentacle range. Oh you wanna go in? Let the spellspam commence. And btw, my Regen > your regen. ----- I could go on, but those are the first few examples I have witnessed. Illaoi is "op" if people don't understand her strengths....aka. her tentacles. Take that away from her, and what you have is a champion that can either go tanky and do no damage thanks to her low base damage, or try to go damage and get deleted.
Thank you! Finally someone who can actually see that she is underpowered! I really thought I was the only one. But of course, she can deal crazy amount of damage, however, she is way too easy to outplay at the moment.
: Minion buggs?
Yeah, the pathing is pretty horrible at the moment, but don't worry! Riot will fix it..... hopefully.. who knows? Real talk, the pathing is horrible because of the new changes to the minion blocking, but they forgot to update the pathing accordingly, so it will take some time before it get fixed. I think it will take around 2-3 patches, at least. Since I think it is a bit more complex than just some numbers here and there, I also think they need data to find out where the issue actually is.

: > 1. Pre-season is about taking the game in a new direction, to avoid people quitting because of boredom by playing the same game. This is their point of view. I have mine. I prefer the boring part to the part where they add I don't know... a champion with an ultimate that grabs your money, flirts with your gf and instant wins the game. Of course I'm joking but this is how they think to solve the issue. It's like if in football FIFA gives shotguns to goalkeepers in order to improve the fun of audience. > 2. Release of new champions is to make more diversity for players. > The newest champion, Illaoi, is underpowered at the moment, she is very easily outplayed. But if you are not a good player to know how to outplay her, she will hit hard and most likely destroy you. > Reworks are either for 1. removing a very OP part of the champions kit - think old Eve´s insta-stealth with a duration of 50 secs. 2. It is to define the champion and make them feel unique. I'm not specifically talking about Illaoi. As I said I've stopped playing LoL so I have never seen her in game. I'm talking in general. For the majority of the time reworks and new champions are something that belong to another planet. The new Fiora, new Darius, Yasuo debut and his entire existence, the new Garen, the new Gangplank (they fixed him just few weeks ago!), the new Mordekaiser (fixed after too much time), the Tham Kench, the previous Veigar. > 3. Your definition of broken vs Riot´s definition is two completely different opinions. They use stastitics, which I doubt you do and only look at it in-game. If you actually used statistics you would find out most "broken" things are not broken at all. They might feel broken when used by a good player, because that player knows what to do with it/them. > Not saying there are broken things, but let the truth be told, there will always - not matter what you do - be broken things, just for different champions/metas. You can only get close to balanced stuff, but even here at this spot people will still complain about it. Why it takes so long for RIOT to understand where they're failing? Because, as you said, they just look at statistics. A champion might seem ok looking at W/L ratios but as we all know it really doesn't mean anything when 95% of players pretend to play this champion because "They say that he's OP!". It's so damn clear that all their statistics are hugely faked by the skill of every player individually. They should **PLAY** them! There is really no other way to test things. Let me make an analogy. What if Ferrari tests its car just looking at statistics on a computer? There will be many deaths. Driving their cars is part of their tests. It works in this way with pretty much everything but not for RIOT. > Lastly, PBE is used for finding bugs, testing of new things, balancing etc.. But the population on PBE is very low compared to live, so it can only end in a rough testing phase. I understand but I don't see how this should lead millions of players to be used as cavies for free. The low amount of testers on PBE is their problem not mine or yours. I really don't like and can no longer accept this approach. They simply treat us badly even if they're nothing without us. > That is so not true. Yeah they might not respond to your threads and it might not feel like, but they are reading, and taking notes about, a lot of them. Most of times they tease us. Just look at patch notes. I remember years ago when all players where complaining about the one-shot + penta kill of Fizz, Kata, Lb etc. and on every patch they kept repeating "We're aware of this issue (...) lot of words pretending to be funny (...) we're monitoring the situation but we do nothing now". Kappa.
First you say > Facts about this game Not your opinions but facts. But now you say > This is their point of view. I have mine. Not really fitting together, well, never mind that. Let´s move on. > What if Ferrari tests its car just looking at statistics on a computer? There will be many deaths. Driving their cars is part of their tests. It works in this way with pretty much everything but not for RIOT. Do they, Ferrari, really test their own cars? Or do they get someone, like a professionel driver, to do it? The latter one, right? Riot does the same, a lot of the time the pro players, streamers like NB3, Trick etc to test the new stuff before hand, just like Ferrari gets a pro driver to test their cars. Same principle. > It's so damn clear that all their statistics are hugely faked by the skill of every player individually. They use statistics quite a lot, but mostly from high elo/competitive games (lcs and such), therefor most of it is not "faked" as you call it. A good example is when Voyboy did 1v3 as Olaf in S4(?). But that is also the reason why, let´s say Yasou, is not getting nerfed, he is not as viable in high elo anymore. > The low amount of testers on PBE is their problem not mine or yours They have to keep it low, otherwise people would just end up playing on the pbe instead, because of free IP and RP, 1ip for every skin etc. > "We're aware of this issue (...)" They did do something about them (small changes), but nothing directly to the champions, but by item changes. Still not enough enough in how long it took them to do it, but they did something about it.
: good input but how can you reliably ask a question to a rioter and get an answer ? :/
I think you could write to the support, but I don't know if they can answer that. Otherwise you can make a thread asking the question and hope for a Rioter will see and answer it.

: Facts about this game: * Pre-season is about getting an untested and unbalanced patch that turns your favorite game into a boring or frustrating experience in one instant * The release of new champions or reworks are about brining in the game an untested, overpowered and frustrating champion that will give you headache * Broken items and/or specific combinations of items + champions are left untouched for months for the joy of nobody * Considering what I just said above, it's clear that PBE is for testing something different and unknown. Maybe they test skins over there We are cavies that can not speak. Everytime we have to silently suffer the humors of RIOT and to deal with all this frustration. After playing 3 seasons for the very first time I decided to indefinitely quit this game because I can no longer accept to be a cavy. Maybe I'll come back when this game will be more balanced, when there will be 10 bans and no reworks/new champions planned. It's sad to say but nowaday everytime there's a new idea or patch from RIOT I expect only problems and more frustration in my games. Like if it wasn't already frustrating to deal with trolls, leavers, afk, toxic players and this ranking system (I'm not saying that ranking system sucks. I'm just stating that it's a frustrating experience by definition). RIOT have stopped to read our feedback and to test and play all their changes lot of seasons ago. It's clear that they want to keep going on in this way so I'm out and also a part of my premade friends have left this game. I'd like to see if there are less people playing this game now but sadly I can't {{champion:32}}

Yeah they might not respond to your threads and it might not feel like, but they are reading, and taking notes about, a lot of them. I think there is, at the moment, less people playing. Not because of the changes, but because of the ranked games doesn't really mean as much. But later I think a lot of people will start playing again, if not more.
: Bad manners to state your preferred position in lobby?
I think it is the exact opposite, since you are showing what you like to play, and then you might get it. Already by saying what you want to play you are trying to work as a team, even before the ban phase is over, meaning you are wasting less time. I would rather have people say what they want to play early in champion select, than when it is me and another persons turn to pick and we don't know who is going to pick what and end up making panic picks.
: Why is Yorick getting reworked?
He is getting reworked because his kit is anti-fun. He spawns ghouls all the time without a counter to them, too much sustain in lane etc. His ult is even making a 1v1 to a 2v1, and with his ghouls - that makes him deal more damage and take less, it is not fun to play against at all. He is mostly just a point'n'click champion.
: Good job rito!
Yeah, it sucks. He should have had been reworked by now. But the problem is, how do they keep Yorick´s identity? How do they make him fun to play as and against him, while maintaining the uniqueness of his kit? It is harder to answer those questions than it sounds. So if you have some ideas to his rework, I think a lot of people would love to contribute to it.
: I mean they already released another patch, champion and some skins, and haven't even mentioned this change in patch notes for 5.22.
Yeah, they forgot to mention the changes in patch 5.22, but they did actually mention it 5.23 patch notes. Patch 5.23 > MINION COLLISION BUFFER +15% model size ⇒ +20% model size CHAMPION COLLISION BUFFER +15% model size ⇒ None But I don't think it is bad thing, the upped unit collision, before patch 5.22 I barely felt that there were any collision at all. But give it some time to adjust to it. Also it is not the collision itself that is the problem, it is the pathing, which they still haven't adjusted to the new settings.

: Riot fix creepblock
The old minion block was almost non-existent, it was there but didn't really change too much about it. The first change to minion block made it way too noticable, so in 5.22 they lowered it, but they still need to lower it just a tiny tiny bit more, and I think it would be perfect.
: Oppressor is confusing
Depends on the coding of the spells, I think an Riot employee have to answer that. Since if the code applies the cc first, then the damage will be amplified, however if it applies the damage first, the damage will not be amplified

: The Season 6 changes
I also dislike the preseason changes, but there is also a reason why it is called PRE-season, because it is very very very rough outlines of how the season will be. I know it might be hard, but try to give it some time, take a break for a couple of patches - or just play arams, 5 man premades etc and just have fun! I am also very concerned about the mages, they feel really weak at the moment, and I think Riot should clarify where they want to go with mages.

Because stealing someones role is not trolling. The reason for this is, who has the priority? The person who called it first? The one who is picking first? None of them is the correct one. The person who called it first: You might have called it first, but then what if you are lower on the picking order? Does that mean you still have to get that role? No. Picking order: The picking order was NOT designed for picking, nor banning. It was designed for countering eachother, not to give out who had the priority over the roles. How do you then steal a role, when you can choose 2 roles before going into champ select? Let´s say you queued for top and mid. But you do not want to because of a terrible matchup. therefor you decide to pick a mid laner instead, and go mid instead. Yeah, you queued up for mid aswell, but that does not matter, since you did not get assigned to play mid lane. By doing this, going to play in a different role, which you didn't get assigned to, you are stealing someone elses role, which they got assigned and are respecting. How is the new system worse? ?_? > all the players are now "punished" with a system who FORCE everyone in a lane, WITHOUT any solution to adapt to the ennemy picks. How are they punished by getting "forced" into a lane? They choose, which role they want to play, and if you don't care you can always just choose fill. Also if someone steals their role they can take another role, even if the person doesn't like that role, and report the guy afterwards - and hopefully see him get banned, it is way more convenient now. where in season 5 and earlier there was nothing to do about it, and you had to go to another role anyway. : I AAALWAYS Complain about Anivia. She litterally does too much dmg, she just has to get in range for her E, then she nukes 1/3 of your HP/All of your HP, if you are an ADC/Squishy. And dont tell me to dodge her stuff. We are talking about a point and click spell and a huge AOE. If she hits the stun its over anyway, but she doesnt need the stun to kill you.
She has 1 point and click ability, her E, which is weaker than most mid laners spells, when you are not frozen. So I assume you can't dodge her Q, or you let her in range so she can use an ult-E combo on you. (Even a Ziggs Q than anivia´s E when you are not frozen - and that is an AoE spell!) Her ult´s aoe range is quite small actually, also it is easily interrupted. Silence, stun, knockback etc cancels her ult.

If you do not play the given role, you risk getting banned because it is now an

: Yeah thanks I will totally add that. Of course a challenger would probably make a better guide than I will, but he wont be able to explain some things in easy ways (in my opinion) or he wont have the time to do so.I also believe Gold is like a transition elo, where a lot of development takes place. I think its where you start to realize how the game works in detail and really start to get better. I did that and can now use my time to get me and everyone better at League. :)
Yeah, I totally agree with you (The transitioning part). Also if you want help feel free to contact me in-game.

: LoL Megaguide preview (How to get better)
I would really love if you added some information about who you are, with proof (most likely a screenshot of your rank). Right now you can be claiming that you are a challenger player, even though you are "only" gold 2. So please add an "about me" section at the start of the guide. I would love to see more! Keep up the good work! :)

: Keep losing Ranked games
As a support / (starting) jungle main, I highly suggest you to play offensive supports, like Leona, Thresh, Blitz etc.. Offensive supports are good at making plays, catching people out of position. You will be able to carry games far easier. You will also learn to make the plays happen. You said you played Janna, she is good but she is quite reactive and team dependant. If your team is bad, you will have a really hard time carrying. Janna is a very defensive support. Where if you played something like Blitz or Thresh, you would have been able to make picks - like hooking the enemy adc/mid laner - and getting your team fed. Since you are having trouble carrying games, I would recommend you to play champions like Thresh, Blitz, Leona. They are tanky, and less punishing for making mistakes. If you don't like tanky support, you can play something a bit more off-meta like Brand, Vel´koz, Zyra, Annie etc. to still be able to deal a good amount of damage. In bronze if you pick op champions or counters, it is all about skill. So pick whatever you like and improve in that role, with 1-3 champions and just spam them. Summary of BloodyMystery´s tips + some additions: - Practice CSing in customs (100 cs at 10 mins) - Practice laning mechanics - synergy, counter, matchups etc - Learn at least 1 champion champs in every role - Decide on what playstyle you want to have - passive / aggressive / bait - Focus on objective control, and when to take them - Farm > kills (15 minions = 1 kill) - Take a glance at the minimap after every CS (map awereness) - Practice roaming - Watch streams/ videos - Find a duo who mains adc - Take a break between the matches, and think about what you could have had done better. - Mute people if they start getting toxic - Grow you game knowledge Also take a look at TheBestLee´s comment On the playstyles, there is a video on youtube - by Foxdrop if I remember correctly, explaining the playstyle triangle. //Revinz Also, feel free to add me in-game :)

: How to report a Riot Administrator?
If the support member can't answer your question, why don't you just ask us, the community, about the problem? Right now it looks like you have done something wrong, and you are trying to hide it from us. So try to tell us the issue, the best you can, and we can take it from there.
: How rankeds matchmaking works?
That example is horrible! Because the site calculates the chance of winning through the scores for that champion, rank and such. But since they are still unranked, they just get the 1000, thus not reflecting their ACTUAL skill level. By the look at Xin´s rank, it looked like to be a pretty fair game. Also, it might just be a bug, or lack of update on the summoners. Could be that they have had played a couple of games earlier and the site haven't updated them.

: Preparing for S6
First thing you should do, read the patch notes, if you haven't already done that. Think about the changes, and how these changes will change the meta and such. Watch some streams, example is if you main jungle you can watch Nightblue3 on twitch.tv, there is also Sirchez for toplane - mostly Nasus, Poppy and Taric. Find a role, or two, to main. If you main jungle, try support. Find a couple of champions in your main role and spam them, then 2-3 in the other roles, for whenever you can not get your main role. After a while slowly widen your champion pool, but first do it after you feel confident in the new meta. DO NOT PICK OP CHAMPIONS! DO NOT THINK ABOUT COUNTERS! Play whatever you like, in low elo (Pretty much anything below diamond) it is the skill that matters not the counterpicking or "op" champions that matters. Whenever you end a game, try to take a break for 5 mins and just think about what you could have done better - not exactly preparing for preseason but just improvement overall. If you have more questions, feel free to ask. //Revinz
: (Champion Suggestion) Wicked, the human robot
Nice concept, I dig it But there are a couple of things you have to specify and change a bit. > Green:when hitting an enemy chamion, **Wicked gains (60/70/80/90/100) (+20% of AP),** If it bounces off of a wall the enemy champion is slowed by 40% Gains what? MS? AP? AD? or what?. > His E, not unique at all, which Riot is something Riot wants with new champions. Also it is not something a marksman want to have in a kit. Could be changed to something like; Sends out an arm that shocks the target, stunning the target for X seconds, and increases damage done by Wicked´s basic attacks to the target for X amount. This way you will still have the hook concept, which is fine, but it won't be as similar to Nautilus Q. > Ult healing: Green: Nearby allies hit by a green lazer are getting healed by (300/320/330) (+50% AP). The ult healing is way too overpowered, specially if you can get hit by multiple lasers. Specially the healing part of the ult. Should be more like 150/200/250 ( 25% bonus AD) to further get him into the role of a marksman. > W mana cost: (40/30/20/10/0 Mana per cast) 40 mana at rank 1, not optimal at all. Think about if you get it at lvl 2 or 3, you will only have around 400-500 mana. Since you want his kit to be based around his different "colors" of his W, the mana cost should be lowered from the start. Maybe start with 20 mana, and the higher his ult rank is the lower mana cost of the W? So the mana cost would end up with being 20/10/0.

: Having trouble login in eune server a/c!
Repair the game, it sounds like corrupted files. Because if it still shows you the kindred login screen your client is not up to date. How to repair: Open the launcher, DO NOT CLICK PLAY. Go to the top right corner and hit the question mark icon. Choose 'repair' And you should be good to go.

: Abilities outside of a game.
The 'Champions' section are used for descriptions for the champions, which is used to tell how a champion works/feels like to play. A description is not used to state the exact information with exact dmg per rank, duration of cc etc. But you want to know the details of the spells there is a League of Legends Wiki for that. I too hope they will add the spell information/toolbox somwhere in the near future, so we won't have to look it up outside the client.

: Suggestions for champions to play?
It looks like you mostly like tanky champions, and/or champions with lockdown. So here is my recommendations: {{champion:122}} His kit is a bit similar to Garen's. Darius might not have such a long spin as garen, but it is still a fancy spin. Their ults are pretty much the same, Darius just gets resets late game. {{champion:45}} If you like Nasus, why not try out Veigar for mid lane? They are both stack champions. {{champion:127}} I find Lissandra to be a better version of Malzahar, because of her ult and mobility. Her ult can both be used on an enemy or yourself, it also deals AoE damage, and if used on yourself heals you for a decent amount. She also has more mobility, and short snare on her W. {{champion:412}} He is Leona and Blitz/Nautilus combined with more utility and ranged basic attacks. He also works really well with Relic Shield - because of his E passive) {{champion:254}} WW ult, that is not instant but can go through the entire enemy team. {{champion:98}} He has a nice taunt, and global ult. You said in a comment that you found him quite weak, I think you are just building him wrong - I don't really know since I rarely play as or vs Shen. I also want to give a shoutout to {{champion:223}} {{champion:59}} {{champion:6}} {{champion:72}} for their ability to lock down enemies.
