The person did not change Password or anything thats why I probably didnt notice, is there a possibility to check if something was detected at that time? I wanted to change my password but it is not possible anymore obviously.. I hope you can help me as I seem to lose everything I played/paid for. Thanks alot

I'm gonna spoiler this one :-( We have a 1337 filter for obvious reasons - 3 is e, 8 is b, 4 is a. Together, this makes the word "eba" - which is a naughty word in some languages. Most likely we'll do an unfilter for the client in English on this one (as it doesn't mean bad things in English! ^_^)

I don't believe Mac has any global hotkey to get out of fullscreen unfortunately. If you're truly stuck, you may need to simply hold the power button for 10-15 seconds to force it off. Unfortunately normally a last resort, but if your cursor is missing and you're in fullscreen your options are fairly limited.

Hi Lord Misty, At this time does your FPS drop or your ping increases? This sounds graphical from your description so most likely either resource problems or heat issues, however there should be accompanying FPS changes if so.

Out of interest, have you uninstalled and reinstalled your graphics drivers? Windows 10 uses different drivers and the upgrade experience tends to cause problems - a clean reinstall of the drivers is recommended.

So, to answer a few of the questions posed here: Q: _Why are the NA and EU boards different?_ A: This was an intentional decision made when we were moving to boards. The main three reasons are: - Cultural differences (IE: EU boards is very different from NA boards in how they post and respond which is interesting if you compare the two) - Language differences (EU boards are all hosted on the same instance, with special snowflake setup for the different languages we support. EU is actually the only region that has to contend with so many languages on single shards) - Shard differences. It's helpful to see EU players reporting EU issues - this would be much more difficult to track down with a huge "English boards". Oceania have their own boards too and they're English speakers. From memory, I believe EU are one of the only regions who can also post on NA boards - again an intentional choice to give players that ability and flexibility. NA can't post here, for example. Is this a perfect setup? Unfortunately not. However again, EU is very unique in their setup. Rioters tend to post on their own language boards, which is why it sometimes feels pretty quiet. Q: _Why don't NA Rioters post on EU Boards?_ For the technical reason above (they literally can't) as well as a more simplistic one: It's easier to keep track on one board, in their local timezone. We have links here on the EU boards to, for example, the NA Dev Corner - rather than duplicating effort and having devs post twice, EU players are entirely free to head over to the NA boards and post there for anything dev related. A majority of the development work happens in NA, -8 hours from GMT - so it's easier for dev's to focus their posting time on those boards. This is why we had it set up that EU can post on NA - to have that ability. Q: _Why is EU so quiet post wise?_ Boards are primarily designed for player to player interaction. Rioters pop by and try to help out where they can, but EU Rioters aren't the right guys for a lot of the questions here (Nerfs, buffs, gameplay decisions, etc.) You'll often see me posting in Help and Support because I can help out there, or anything to do with server stability I can normally shed some light on. When it comes to why Fizz is totally underpowered and so weak and helpless (like Yasuo) - that's not something I have any insight in unfortunately. Again this comes down to the majority of development work happening in NA, and those boards being a better place to potentially get a Riot response. However, if you simply want to discuss with players tactics and ways to win as Fizz or Yasuo because it's extremely difficult and they're so underpowered? EU boards has players. They can help! Also as Valzuuuh mentioned regarding Help and Support, there are Rioters in NA dedicated to providing support there, which definitely bumps up red post numbers. Here in EU we tend to stick to support tickets as boards can be difficult to work with at times and support tickets provide guaranteed 1:1 support. ^_^

Glad to hear that worked for you! This is luckily a very rare issue - it is caused by a conflict with a suuuuper old version of our installer not cleaning itself up correctly. Normally only happens on computers that had the game installed quite a few years back :-)

Can you please replace your whole game.cfg with this: https://pastebin.com/BYkJrJ89 Just copypasta the whole lot, replacing whatever you've got in there. Some settings might be a bit odd but hopefully it'll get you ingame at least. Test in a custom please! :-)
