Yup, you'll have the new player champion rotation before level 11. This is a special champion rotation suited for newer players. Once you reach level 11, you'll unlock the free champion rotation that changes weekly. :)

When you used the [Hextech Repair Tool ](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool), did you select the "clean uninstall" option before reinstalling? It looks like some files might be missing or damaged in your current installation, so I'd suggest trying to uninstall/reinstall through the HRT again.
: When I open the new client or try and start a game, it keeps changing my resolution automatically to 800 x 600, if I change it back it doesn't work. This is only happening with the new client. Anything I can do to make it stop?
There is a chance that this might be related to the recent resolution issue we're having. Try deleting your Config folder (it's at C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\ unless you installed the game somewhere else) and see if it helps. On a side note, this will reset your resolution, settings, and keybindings to default.

This usually happens if your network doesn't have a solid/reliable connection to our matchmaking system. Try [these steps](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/201752664-Troubleshooting-Connection-Issues) to improve your connection - It's a bit lengthy, but hopefully will get you sorted.

This is related to a Bug Splat error. It typically means that your version of the client is critically failing somewhere. If you can't find the LeagueClient.exe in the files, please grab our [Hextech Repair Tool](https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/224826367-Automated-Troubleshooting-Hextech-Repair-Tool) and reinstall the game with it. Make sure that the "Clean Uninstall" option is also selected before you start reinstalling.

: If you can't go into game because of the DirectX issue, here's a fix: Worked out a temporary fix for the game not launching after client update. It worked for me so might help you. First, go to --> Local disc--> Riot Games--> League of Legends--> RADS--> Config--> game.cfg. Open it with notepad and you will see some text about the game settings. Look for height and width (Set to 1920x1080 by default). Set this to your current monitor(s) resolution (mine is 1680x1050(You can find the resolution info from your monitor settings on the control panel)) and press ctrl+S to save the changes. Then the game should work. Hope this helped!
Great advice, thanks FinnishYi! =) Completely deleting your config folder (which is typically found at C:\Riot Games\League of Legends\) would work as well. Some folks might find it easier. Just a heads up though, deleting the folder rather than editing the game.cfg file will reset your resolution, settings, and keybindings to default.

To add to what SFFC suggested, the patcher may also not update properly if you're launching it from a non-default location. Prior to June 1 2010, we only had our NA server. As a result, some European players had created their accounts on the NA region to start playing and faced some issues like high latency, as you can imagine. Once we launched our EU server -but still didn't have a transfer service available- we wanted give said players the chance to play in the EU region without losing the progress on their NA accounts. Now that we're ready to sunset account merges, we wanted to give a heads up to players who might still be eligible for a merger. =) P.S. @Declined, I'm from EU but thanks anyways ^^ <3
