If your account WAS NOT stuck then new games are launching normally now. The maximum time for an account to be stuck in a ghost game (platform believes you're in a previous game and due to that won't allow you to start a new one) is 2 hours. We unfortunately cannot automatically remove this information from all accounts as that would impact normal games that are currently going on. Please keep checking, we hope that your ghost game status go away asap. Mission data are safe, but will be added to your account a bit later.

We performed some changes in our routing with all affected networks, please test and let me know if you still face the issues. We did it manually, which means the solution has been applied only to the selected networks that have been reported via PS tickets and Boards. If there are more network for the route change please let us know.

The issue affecting Slovenia is not related.

Hi all, we checked Telekom Slovenije and unfortunately there is nothing we can do at the moment. We indeed had some issues with our point of presence in Sofia, Bulgaria, but your Telekom doesn't peer with us over there. It uses TeliaSonera IP carrier to connect you directly to Frankfurt, and we believe the problem exists somewhere between your ISP and their upstream provider. Please contact your ISP directly and ask them to troubleshoot -- if it's not their network it should be the network of their partner. This also applies to other ISPs using Telekom Slovenije, eg. providers from Kosovo.

This issue is affecting the entire region, as we see reports from Bulgaria, Slovenia, Romania, Armenia and some other countries. After first spotting the problem we disabled our peering at Bulgarian Internet Exchange and left it off for the weekend. The latency was higher than usual (as expected), but the game was playable. Afterwards we checked with BIX and with our datacenter operator and decided to turn it back on yesterday. Our team is currently tracking the issue and if we're unable to resolve the problem today we will again disable the peering at BIX. I will keep you informed.

Hey all, the problem seems to be related to the cloud instance we're routing our traffic through. As such not only EUW and EUNE are affected, but we do see identical behavior on TR and RU (loging problems, game starts drop, etc). We don't yet know the root cause, so platforms are currently protected by loss forgiven and ranked queues down. The team is triaging as we speak and I will let you know once we have a progress.

Couple of more details: this error only affects some players that have transferred to EUNE from another platform (so not the entire playerbase on EUNE is impacted). The impact, however, can be wide: incorrect IP / RP balance, Clubs and Player Preferences (in-game settings were reset to default). We will soon start with deploying the patch.

This additional latency is created BEFORE reaching the Riot Backbone network. For Virgin Media (ASN:5089) I do see an average latency increase in both peak and off-peak periods: - off-peak: before - 35ms, now: 55ms - peak: before - 38ms, now: 58ms I analyzed traceroutes and compared those from mid Feb to these registered last weekend. The routing is the same and there is no packetloss increase, however, there is a major change with the latency introduced at 213.46.182.2. This particular router is located within the Liberty Global network and belongs to ex-Chello / UPC infrastructure (https://db-ip.com/213.46.182.2). Before: 11 84.116.135.182 nl-ams04a-ri2-ae6-0.aorta.net 24 33 28 12 213.46.182.2 213.46.182.2 24 25 24 Now: 9 84.116.135.182 nl-ams04a-ri2-ae6-0.aorta.net 21 22 21 10 213.46.182.2 213.46.182.2 43 44 43 So it's already 44ms on average before reaching the first Riot Backbone hop at ae-101.br02.ams02.riotdirect.net. It should be half of it, so please keep bugging Virgin Media's support, as this should be fixed asap.
