: ofc i do, but its near impossible at this point. i play ap supports all the time (lux/morg/sona) but i just get flamed for "lux not good support" ect, and as u can imagine, it escalated from there. people in this elo are too childish to let me help them, so they feel they need to play too agressive thinking im some sort of immortal tool, basicly im really struggling with this game
I have a smurf which is currently in low silver mmr, and I get what you're saying. Bronze/low silver is a hellish place to be and I owe nobody the displeasure of spending time trying to climb out of there. However, I have a 71% winrate on that account as we speak, and I've only played support. Sure I get those really frustrating games, but you'll have those in higher elo as well. Pro tip: Mute everyone in the beginning of the game. They are most likely people you don't want to be associated with anyway, so why bother speaking/listening to them?
MïKÉ (EUW)
: i beg to differ..... https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/article_attachments/201915080/warning.jpg
That's a warning which tells you that you've lost a lot. If you keep losing, you'll be demoted. It's just telling you that "hi mister/ma'am, we see you've lost a lot and are worried that we might have to demote you soon. Think through whether you really want to play more and risk losing rank - or just don't play at all if you're worried". This warning has absolutely nothing to do with decaying due to not playing - this kind of decay is purely for plat players. Think of it this way: Riot is kind enough to leave a message saying you're close to demotion and shouldn't be losing any more. They're pretty much trying to save your rewards by telling you to stop playing.
MïKÉ (EUW)
: no not the decay, something else
There is no "something else". You do not decay from gold, even in inactivity.
MïKÉ (EUW)
: how can i playing main support, its hardly a carry lane.
It's a lot more carry-potential in support than you think. I mained support myself from silver to plat. Try learning some AP supports (Zyra, Brand) if you're against/with low silver and bronze players. Utility supports aren't as strong in low levels of play purely because of the mistakes your teammates surely will do. When you get to gold it gets a bit more stable, and you can carry yourself easily by supporting from there on. If you don't play support to carry yourself, I'm sorry to say it's not your role to play.
MïKÉ (EUW)
: how can i climb up with these ratios.
You're supposed to win. You're silver, yet you've lost against your fellow high-silvers/low golds so much that your mmr is now around low silver/high bronze. Do you really think the system will reward you for players that are, in rank, worse than you? You should be smashing people a league lower than you.
MïKÉ (EUW)
: -22lp for loss and +11 for win, fking bs
Your MMR is quite askew then. You're playing with low silver MMR, and the system is trying to place you there (look through your games - what elo are the people you win/lose against?).
: Teemo Mystery Shop not available.
This was answered earlier - it's intentional.

: Not very pleased with the new chat system
I like the current chat, but I wish you could minimize/close it by clicking the top part of it. For me, having everything in one place is much more organized than having 5 separate folders glowing in your face at the bottom of your screen. The little dot as well as a "ding" also notifies you that something's up, so this shouldn't be so much of a problem. I think it'll take some time to adjust to, but overall it's a better design.
epicFooF (EUNE)
: Full screened client
I dislike full screen for a multitude of reasons, first and foremost it's easier to simply click outside the screen to look at whatever other site you might be browsing, change music etc., second it looks neat in "small" format and also requires less mouse-movement to click buttons. Doubt Riot will make it fullscreen, simply because it'd require double the work to make a client which looks okay in fullscreen as well.

: Riot shouldn't reward testers. While it's true that you helped Riot, not everyone got access to it. Also, I bet some people just applied because they want a new client instead of testing something. There is so much wrong about rewarding testers and I hope Riot wont.
Agreed. When we signed up, we knew very well it was volunteering for unpaid work - Riot owes us nothing whatsoever. Nasty how greedy some people are..
: Well you need to work with what you have, if you don't ahve vision of your enemies, expect them to pop up anywhere and not just on their lane. You know, you can't change the playstyle of your enemies or your allies but you can try to adapt. It really doesn't take alot of communication to target a tower after being ahead on your lane. 1 ping is all it takes.^^
If I don't have vision there's nothing stopping a 4-man dive right? Because that's the real annoying bit with DynQ. They can repeatedly "gank" someone with 4 people and boom, they're effectively in a 5v4. That's what I'm talking about. Sure, if you had the same communication it might be more up to predictions and understanding, but when the enemy has 4 guys on one line and we have two pairs in each their own Skype convo, we'll naturely be at a disadvantage. Again, DynQ is ruining the fun for solo players in low elo.

: People too stubborn to admit their champion isn't high skill cap?
Soraka main here, hi! My goat-lady is considered easy for many, and I believe she is. She can turn a team-fight in her favor with a single click of a button. She's easy to understand, but more effort is needed to learn her ways properly. Positioning and knowing when to hold your abilities is key, and I see a lot of people fail to notice these things when they play her. Yes, she's simple. But that's the charm behind her (and many of the other "low-skill" champions), in my opinion.
KierenG (EUW)
: "First time" In Ranked play.
It's annoying, but I honestly don't see this as the solution. People have mentioned many reasons before, here is mine: Bans. You get 6 bans a game. What if you've only played those champions enough to enter ranked? What then? That's why Riot requires 16 champions before ranked at all.
: > with the other team thoroughly out-rotating us as well as stomping us in team-fights Maybe you should have payed more attention to the map and communicated more? You shouldn't expect your enemies to act like bots that just keep running to their lanes until you won.
Not saying I think they should act like bots. I just think something's wrong with the concept of solo players surviving in DynQ when you cannot communicate as efficiently as the enemy. I don't know if we play the sane game, but I can only place 3 wards. This game was in gold. People don't use their trinkets as often as they should. Vision is limited, and premades thrive in these levels of play.

My Syndra (EUNE)
: how did you get over your first crush/love
My first crush was a kid I met when I was 4-ish years old in kindergarten. Being in a small community we attended the same school as each other all the way to the day he turned 16. I think I started crushing on him when I was about 12 and was emotionally unstable. I thought he was a cool guy, whom was very kind to me due to my art. When he started High School I learned he was a douchebag who slept around with everyone, so I'm glad I never took the step to actually ask him out. My first love was a guy I first met in my first year at High School (16 years), we shared math classes and the teacher forced us to sit together. We didn't talk properly before a year later though, when he snagged my first kiss at a party. We talked for roughly 1 and a half year before moving onto a relationship, which lasted about 3 months before we broke up (uncertain feelings, distance etc.). To be fair, I'm not over him yet as this happened recently (half a year since we split), and we still talk together. Every. Single. Day. I lied when we had "the talk", and said I didn't love him any more either (as he explained that was his main reason for breaking up), mostly so I could remain friends without getting awkward... He looked a bit choked up when I said that. So far we haven't addressed our feelings for each other again. Somehow I suspect he sent a mutual friend of ours to ask on his behalf though, because the guy was suspiciously interested in my feelings after breaking up with him; only to stop chatting with me at all right after. My ex then started talking to me every day again, which I found a rather odd coincidence... Right now I'm honestly a mess of feelings and I don't know what to believe any longer. I wake up feeling sick in the morning because of the thoughts rushing through my head, especially due to something he might have told my cousin at a party. I want to know, but neither he nor my cousin has told me why they were discussing me at a party I didn't attend, nor what they talked about. My ex simply said he "didn't remember". Ugh this turned out a bit long but gosh darnit, it's a lot for me to think about. x)

Ask some top tier players, most of them will tell you that nothing changed for them. Neither did it for me. I was expecting that it would happen, but in fact, it did not in the slightest. There is no proof for that, just assumptions. And as long as there is nothing that proves my counter argument I'm save to assume I'm right 8)
The more casual player. I dare say plat+ is the leagues where people start tryharding. And you're right, I'm assuming people view ranked less seriously, mostly because it's now just a glorified normal queue.
: How exactly do they "not care"? They remove the biggest abuse case, namely the 4 and 5 man premade and that alone is enough to restore my faith in them. I always said it was inherrently stupid to allow that. I'm not in low elo, so I have no idea how it influences other elos, but personally I believe that this is ideal. They actually do what people wanted, so how does this mean they don't care? No solo queue? You gotta realize that people who want solo queue are the **minority **on top of it being tough to push out at the same time.
How do you know SoloQ supporters are the minority, though? Do you have a survey to back that up?
Sefi (EUNE)
: Figured so much with the last DQ post they made, guess my estimation was correct. I'm not sure if its the new DQ (most likely is) but i just cant seem to bring myself to grind this year, and the saddest part is that i don't even care that much. The ranks themselves seem cheapened by the fact people can just 4 man it with someone who can carry. Solo players like myself seem to have a disadvantage in that regard. Another thing is i don't think I've seen a single player, competitive or otherwise, who thinks DQ is a good thing, except N3eac3y but even he changed his mind after seeing it in action. And riot keeps saying this is the way to go, that DQ is the future and is "welcomed and healthy". I would really like to know their reasoning. Now i'm not saying i'm quitting league because of this like so many other people did (most of which i don't believe they will) but i'm already finding a lack of interest in rankeds on my part, not playing another ranked game this season seems fine to me.
Oh, there's definitely people out there that like DynQ. The more casual player loves it, since they can play with their friends. This is also why ranked has become less serious.
LA Losty (EUW)
: Dont make SoloQ seem better than it was, there was a fair bit of issues with that queue aswell. First of all there was alot more toxicity due to people not getting their roles, also even though the Q times were lower you would often end up with a team of people who didnt cover all roles, meaning someone would have to sacrefice themself for a role they dislike or dont play. I just think Riot should restrict the lower elo queues aswell, it would make ranked in those elos alot more competitive again.
New draft =/= DynQ though. They can easily implement that system in SoloQ as well, and it would probably have shorter queue times since they don't have to match premades. That arguement is invalid my friend.
LA Losty (EUW)
: Why is Riot making the ranked system so different from league to league?
Personally I think they should just go back to what worked. There wasn't any issues with SoloQ and Ranked 5s, not really. Another case of Riot trying to fix what isn't broken. But hey, I won't complain. I just won't play ranked any more (not like it matters, it's currently a glorified normal queue). I don't have an issue with toxicity/premades in general, my issue is the painfully obvious boosting tied to it as well as the unfair feel to it since you're being ranked solo in the same ladder as a full team. One less support main for Riot to fill those ranked teams with I guess.

: When do you demote from silver V to bronze 1?
Like you said, when your mmr is somewhere in bronze you will be demoted. Try to win a game soon, or I'm positive you'll be dropping back in there in a loss or two. No pressure. ;P
Drakun LCS (EUNE)

There is no decay in bronze. Decay comes around at plat.
: A problem in gold ELO
I've seen late-game comps surrender, it's such a pain to see... I'm mid-gold and I really feel this issue when I play with other golds. They give up the second firstblood is given.
: Except it is normal. This season, everyone has fallen (unless you're bronze 5 of course). 10-0 in placements usually lands you 1 division lower than you were last season.
Then again I went 8-2 and got placed in the exact same division as before... d:

: I think soraka is bad at low elos such as bronze lol... Sometimes when I play soraka in silver, my adc is always out of position and gets poke the WHOLE time in laning phase and my adc starts to blame me for chosing soraka because I do no cc or damage LOL. It's pointless to get Soraka when ur adc is dumb.
Mute them. ;) My smurf got into Silver after provisionals (EUNE, had a particularly bad 10 games to start it off). Was in Silver III at the lowest I believe, but I had no issues climbing outta there with Soraka. She's usually very forgiving if you know how to position right!

: Have you played in a premade? They said the more friends you que up with, the more likely youll be able to gain a keyshard.
You're more likely to get a chest if your friend gets an S on a champion. I don't think key fragments work that way. I've had a lot of key fragments drop when I get A+ or higher in normals, so I suppose the higher grades you get the higher the chance of getting a fragment.
Forden1 (EUNE)

Please answer to the following questions: > Have you ever shared your account with anyone? > Have you played on any other computers aside from your own? > Any chance you could have been hacked/told your password to someone? A few cases I've seen on this is simply that the member account shared. Account sharing goes under the ban category "3rd party program and cheats" as well. From what I read in the comments you had a reply from Riot ("automated") which you weren't satisfied with. If you had a reply saying they weren't going to lift your penalty there's large chances that they checked your account for signs of malicious software use or account sharing a second time and found you guilty. Answer my questions above, if you answer "yes" to any of the three it's likely to be the solution to your problem. If not you can spam Riot with more tickets, albeit I'm dubious as to how much it'll help your case.

: The New Champion Select is only available in Dynamic Queue. Until it's available elsewhere or mentioned that it will be available elsewhere, it's literally a unique feature for the queue. That's why I'm mentioning it.
New champ select wasn't introduced with DynQ. Riot made two separate posts about it. Currently it's only available in DynQ, yes, bit basing your pros purely on a system that would be used in SoloQ as well doesn't prove your point.
: thats actually not true. a rioter posted on NA boards that Tristana (alongside 2 other champs) are prioritized in the skin splashart updates. Their reason behind Tristana specifically is because she is a champ used to intrduce new playesrs to the whole "skin" concept according to Riot (as i beliveve you already know, a playes gets "Riotgirl Tristana" for free by following Riot on facebook). Having her skin splasharts outdated obviously doesn't help with the whole skin introduction part.
Perhaps you're right, it would make sense. Do you mind linking me to the Rioter's post? Personally I feel that's a bit of a funny prioritization coming from a company that prefers to please themselves rather than the community, but that might just be me.

Boosting is a huge issue now, and like he said it IS legal. Just not in the way you think it is. Imagine a bronze/silver wanting to get to gold/plat/even diamond. All he has to do is look up a boosting site, hire 2-3 diamonds to jump on smurfs and play with him until he reaches the desired rank. This is fully permitted by Riot since none of the boosters ever entered the customer's account. DynQ is encouraging smurfing at a whole new level. A diamond is fked with queue times anyway, so why not earn some cash by smurfing (which most will be doing soon anyway)? You could do that before DQ got introduced too. It's not a problem of DQ but a problem of people thinking that they are entitled to a rank they actually don't deserve. > Yes, DynQ supporters won't be posting here. However, fact still remains that a combined queue for solo players and premades is toxic. Solo players play ALONE and have to rely on their own consistence only to get rank, whilst premades technically have a better time as they can gather consistent people, chat over mic and generally have control over the game (imagine a 4-man premade. They can surrender whenever they want). THIS is what people are causing an upset over. I am solo and I still prefer DynamicQ. It's more competitive this season. No longer do I play against people forced into their role making it an easy win. I play against people that wanted to play that role.
Sorry for the belated reply, I've been at work. And quite frankly I find it extremely rude of you to post a "guide" on answering to you: I would if I'd had the time. Not going to copy-paste everything like you've done, as it just makes the whole thing unnecessarily long and tricky to read. "Evidence" for DynQ flaws is as I said earlier VERY easy to see for yourself. DynQ supporters often say DynQ is better because a lot of people play it, and statistics show... What? Nobody has ever managed to bring forward these statistics that seemingly show that DynQ is loved by everyone. That's what we're trying to make them grasp for us. "Oh, but you SoloQ players don't have proof of the flaws of DynQ either" is a bullshit accusation since the flaws are clearly visible to any LoL player who bothers to think for a few moments. Point being, DynQ players who claim to have "proof" to back up their claims of statistics etc. should show their sources, but repeatedly they show either poor sources or none at all. SoloQ supporters aren't claiming anything (sure, there's those who claim SoloQ is a majority which is bullshit as well since we have no clear, valid statistics, but this applies vice-versa as well). You could NOT boost each other this easily in Season 5. You had Solo/DuoQ and if you were lucky and had a good premade he could potentially get you up a few divisions at the cost of his own rating. Did you even read my comment properly? I think you skipped what I wrote about this in it's entirety, which isn't a good thing if you're going to lash out at me. You prefer DynQ. Nice. You like being placed with all the premades flaming, trolling and ruining your games? You like being placed in a ladder which rank is 100% invalidated by the fact that you're being rated IN THE SAME SYSTEM as people who queue up with 4 buddies purely to get gold/plat+? At least 5v5 team ranked was fair in the sense both teams had 5 premades versus 5 premades, now it's just a mess with SoloQ players and 3-4 man premades going up against players with superior communication and potential long hours of practice. If your sole reason for enjoying DynQ is the champion select then I'm sorry to say that Champion Select =/= DynQ. At best you're neutral, a person who wouldn't care if SoloQ or DynQ goes through. All you want is the champion select and you'll be happy. Right now Ranked is equal to another normal mode. Who the hell thinks that's more competitive than going in EQUALLY as solo players? Step 1) Read ALL the text. Step 2) Soak in the information Step 3) Read it again Step 4) Consider what nonsense Riot has manipulated you into believing (namely champion select being tied solely to DynQ) Step 5) Write a sensible response If you can't complete those 5 steps then I'm sorry on your behalf.

She's not popular at the moment so I honestly doubt they'd put any effort into what was a recolour of the original splash art. Maybe in the future, but I think Riot has a lot of other skins to think about right now. d:

: The Pre-made Teams have an influence on the system from Champion Select onwards (in terms of deciding the Team Comp. and how to approach the poor Player that's grouped with them). They are partially related (not completely unrelated).
That could very well have happened with the old champion select as well, if we allowed 3-4 premades. Look at blind pick if you need proof. A gang grouping up as 3-4 can determine the team comp and how to approach the solo player(s) just as easily as draft pick. The fact that people can select roles they want is NOT related to how good DynQ is/isn't. New champ select =/= DynQ. Completely unrelated and you're just contributing to confusion.

You want other people to show something what backs up their claims, yet don't do it yourself. Where did you read it, that boosting is legal now? Because I'm pretty sure that it's not. How is it destroying the competitivness of the game? And where did you get it from that most players are not happy with the queue? Because you only see people on the boards complaining? Well, that's true, because the people complaining about it on the internet are only a tiny fraction of all players out there. The other, bigger fraction, don't take their time to write a big text about how they like it or are fine with it. Because why should they?
Sorry for butting in, but I quite frankly think they're acting pretty maturely. They're asking for evidence and resources, which people aren't able to provide. : True, but they were released at the same time under the same name (hence why I'm treating them as though they were part of the same system).
That's how Riot is making a larger portion of people believe in this system. Because of the champ select. I see so many people believing that new champ select is unique to DynQ, when it really wouldn't be any different in any other ranked queue. Sorry bud, but your list is flawed. About 50% of your points are invalidated as they are completely unrelated to DynQ.
: RIOT MATCHMAKING AGAIN.
An unranked has the mmr of Silver IV, hence why you might see them in Silver games. If he was in a gold game, you're looking at someone who's done well/won a lot of games. Assuming he was a first season unranked in ranked play, of course. If he played last season, he just hasn't completed his provisionals and it's hardly something to worry about.
