If your account was banned before it was stolen, there is nothing you can do. If it was stolen and banned recently, the support team should be able to help you. I don't know what they said as a response to your ticket, but if you think you are innocent in this situation, you should try sending a new ticket, You can also add your previous ticket number for them to check out again, or you can just reply to the ticket you've sent. Hi there, I want to ask a few questions first. What is your current Honor level? Did you reach any checkpoints? Did you recieve any penalties? _"I've been getting lots of honors the past year"_ You can't level up by constantly playing with a premade and honoring each other every game. (Saying just in case, idk if that's what you were doing) > You level up just by playing to win in your games. Show up, don’t intentionally work against team, and you’ll progress in the coming weeks and months. If your teammates honor you a lot, you’ll get a slight bonus in progression and rewards like loading screen flairs. So getting lots of honors doesn't mean that you will level up really fast, but that also doesn't mean that it doesn't help. You will get a slight bonus in progression. Also based on the quote I can say that the more you play the faster you level up. Also, leveling up does take a long time in general.

Hello there, Did it happen only once? If so, closing and reopening the game seems to help. Though I must inform you that it's based on my experiences and not a fact. And if it's happening all the time, I suggest repairing. Also, when I experienced the problem (the health bar not appearing), I didn't experience any freeze, though it is maybe I reopened right away. I hope this would be helpful for you.

I remember having that problem with basic attacks. If the target you are hitting gets in the fog of war before the spear reach them, the spear would get stuck mid-air. I don't know if this is still a thing or not since neither have I played Kalista nor seen her played for a while. But I don't know about that Q bug you are talking about. Maybe it's similar? Idk, but I can see how it can be distracting. I hope it will be fixed asap if it is a bug. Also, I suggest reading [this](https://boards.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/bug-reports-eu/M7arN8AB-bug-reports-how-to-submit-a-good-bug-report). It's not necessary, but it's better.

Well, some games I've played canceled the play button first, and waited for the current games to be over, and then they start the maintenance. Since I was disconnected mid game I thought it may look as if I left the game. I don't expect it, but I just wanted to make sure.

: Same here, my supp (Nami) had Aether Wisp and Forbidden Idol but wasnt able to buy Ardent Censer. First Game -> Morgana Support , Unsealed Spellbook (Foot/Biscuit/Cosmic insight) Sorcery seconday with (Manaflow Band/Absolute Focus) Could not buy Zhonyas (Components for it were bought beforehand). Got tilted, sold items, re bought components, lost game. Second Game -> Blitz Support , Guardian (Boneplate/Chrysalis/ Revitalise) Inspiration secondary with (Footwear/Cosmic Insight) Could not buy Shurelyas, had components before hand. Also could not buy pretty much any item from either of those components. Tried Protobelt, Ardent, Redemption. Strangely enough, after madly checking what i can actually buy, managed to buy original Shurelyas.

: You can finish the Item but you need to have the gold to buy it full price but when you buy it its only the gold that would take to combine it. I just now had it and i wanted to buy Zhonyas, i had all 3 items for it and missed 300g. Had to save up to 2900g to buy it, but then it only cost the remaining 300g for the Item. I guess it has something to do with the reapeating mission "Fight for your Reagion" never had the problem but the Mission refreshed mid Champselect, never had it before but when it refreshed i had the problem.

I wish but no, there's no way to bring old client back. "You are offline" thing happened to me as well. You need to delete something in game files or something like that. I haven't tried it before but I think you can "mute" these sounds. Make an MP3 file with no sound and replace it with the sound effect that you want to remove and don't forget to change the name of the file with the original one. I'm not sure if it's gonna work or not btw. Also, I'm not sure if you are allowed to do this. You might get banned or something, I don't know. (I'd like to know if it's a reason to get banned or not btw. So if someone knows about it, please tell me.)
