: Riot do something about adc's
I think the problem at the moment istn't the weakness of adc but how strong junglers are (with the new jungle) AND the first tower gold. ATM junglers who can clear jungle fast and gank early/often are often picked and ganking bot too much and too early. Why? Because they can and they can get extra gold by getting first tower gold. Without first tower gold the ganks maybe would spread more around the map (especially top) like prior the jungle patch. Now back to ADC. The one getting ganked often can't have a come back in time because matches won't last that long anymore. So my guess would be removing first tower gold and tweaking the jungle a bit more would help getting ADCs back to the RIft.

How about making the boards available through the Client. Why? 1. Sometime you don't want to have your browser open for some reasons. 2. If your queuing and get bored you will more often look into the boards, thus more people would be attracted to the boards because its just a smallclick inside the program you are using anyway. The newsfeed could be displayed at the main page. So after a game you would immediately see what's new, who replied etc.
: Greetings. Many players like to think that being ineligible for Hextech rewards is a punishment for bad behavior, however that's a somewhat wrong view. The elgeibility to earn loot is a **reward** for constant positive behavior. Players are already taking Hextech crafting for granted, thinking everyone gets it by default. That's not the case, you get free chests and keys because you are behaving decently.
You aren't completly wrong, but it's about how it feels for the players and it just don't feel like a reward. The Hextech system is a feature you get and don't need to be earned. So it's no reward for good behaviour because it doesn't need to be earned with good behaviour. Real life example: If your child is allowed to get out and play with it's friend regularly but one day you say, that it isn't allowed to go out because it did something bad. Then this is punishment for bad behaviour. If you say, that your child can get out everytime it does it's homework, then the privilege of going out need to be earned (by doing the homework). So its a kind of reward. Even the system itself doesn't say "Congratulation you earned the right to use the Hextech crafting by good behaviour". It says, that your not illegible of using it because of your bad behaviour. So it explicitly says that's a punishment.

This chance is reset once a month, and as far as I've been able to research, there is a hard limit of 12 keys you can find in this period. The actual formula hasn't been publicized. With the new tier 6 mastery rate, you can find the particular shards you need by achieving any type of S rank on a champion you already have tier 5 with, therefore it has nothing to do with RNG. Since it was added literally yesterday, you just have to lighten up and play, eventually you'll get the shard you'll need and that'll be that, there's no reason to worry about it, no RNG involved ^_^
The strange thing is that I got 5 unopened chest and 2 key fragments and a friend of mine got 1 unopened and 1 key fragment. We both got all chests we could get since release. And we are playing mostly together, so we should have nearly the same amount of key fragments won. The only different is he bought some chest/key bundles, but none key (alone) from the shop -> Does buying those bundle influence the drop rate? > This chance is reset once a month, and as far as I've been able to research, there is a hard limit of 12 keys you can find in this period. So if I didn't win a single game in 8 weeks but got all boxes from S, I could get 36 key fragments the following month?

The system could be abused like Fernanix already said. But they could make some restrictions to it. 1. The giver and the gifted need to be online at the same time. Both traders need to be online at the same time. So if you would make a smurf just for chestfarming and giving it to your main you would need to do account sharing. ! Problem: It would be possible to do it from 2 different pc by yourself though 2. Make shard gifting available in after game lobby after a win with that person in a matchmaking queue. Similar to the gifting option with RP after a game. That would prevent people to just loggin on 2 different pc and just gift stuff. They need to win with that person. So they need to share their account with someone else. ! Problem: I could ask a friend to both making smurf and gift each other -> no account sharing this way I can't find a non-abusable way of implementing this feature.

I think devourer was a bad design decision. Why? It has synergy with: * other items * oh-hit-effect spells/passives Everytime Riot make changes to those items or spells, they need to balance the synergy with devourer AND make that item/spell viable even without devourer (for diversity). If they make a new champion or item they need to consider the interaction between this new item or championspell with devourer. They can't just nerf an item because it got to powerful with devourer because it could be useless without it then. So if you need to balance stuff around one single Item (devourer), why don't you just nerf that one item that causes those balanceflows? That's a design problem. Sure it's an interesting item but in my view it causes more design problems (even for future changes) as it should. Possible fix: Instead of double on-hit-effects they should make it independent of those. Maybe make autohits do aoe damage (Hydra double aoe then?). So it's still a powerspike (especially for teamfights) but it's synergy with most items or spells isn't that chaotic and more predictable thus better balanceable.
: I honestly think Teemo needs some buffs
I'm playing teemo myself sometimes and I like him but I think his overall kit needs some buffs in expense of his mushrooms beeing nerfed a bit. Buff: I think it coul be enough to boost his range, maybe like Tristana level-dependent. And/Or make his poison do damage based on the enemy health. This way he would do more damage to Tanks (lane opponents) and it would stay the same against squishies. Nerf: On the other side I don't like the mechanic behind those mushrooms. Somehow I would like a little warning like Jhin's traps. So if an enemy steps on the mushrooms he would see the mushroom for 0.5-1 second. That way the mushrooms wouldn't feel so unfair for the enemy and they would still function as secondary wards and for zoning (especially the escape route).

I used the trinkets. I only placed 1 pink ward that game.

I'm no main support, but noticed something else with my ADC: Played two time Cait. First time I got something like 8/2/10. Second Time 6/3/8. But I got an A the first time and S- the second. The only real difference i noticed were my placed wards. My A was obtained with a good support, which warded often so i did only placed liked 2-3 wards the game. The second game i placed 23 wards. So I guess wards will be heavily counted towards the S-Rank. Maybe it even counts how often a ward shows an enemy, but that's just a guess.

I don't like the Idea of a new Division. But how about new tiers? Let's say inside the bronze division there could be 10 tiers (Bronze 10) so Bronze 10 would only play against other bronze players.

: Ultra Rapid Fridays
They should do "Special Mode Weekends" and rotate through their unique modes every weekend. With all those modes it would be about 2 month till the first mode is being repeated. Like that the modes wouldn't be too often and too long online.

Do you want to actually ban them globaly, so they can't play any match with other teammates? Or do you just want to get them on some sort of blacklist so YOU won't get matched up with that player again? (Btw. does the ignore list work like this?)
