Every player get a total of 3 refunds, if you still have refunds left you can go to the store and up on the right corner you have account settings, when you click on it, on the left side you have purchase history. Above the categories you can see how many refunds you have left. Hope this helps you :)

You can change the size of the client, if you make it bigger the store will fit perfect :) Just go to the absolute corner/side of the client so you see the little arrows and then drag until you get the size you want :)

The server may be de-synced with your account in which case you’re experiencing a ghost game. Try to relog/join another gameafter 1 - 2 hours and it should be fine again. Try to to avoid the "skip waiting for stats" button next time :)

Do you get any kinde of error? Here is also a few things you could try: Make sure your video card drivers are Updated. Temporary disable your firewall and antivirus. If this helps make sure to add LoL as an exception to both your firewall and antivirus and reactivate them again afterwards. Make sure your version of windows is updated. Update your DirectX. Reinstall the game.

Have you played rengar when a friend got a s- or higher? Because then you have received a chest on rengar. It doesn't matter who in your premade team that gets a s- or higher, you receive a chest on the champ you are playing and when you have received a chest on that champ you can't receive another one on that champ until the season ends. You can check witch champs you have received a chest on by going to your profile and then to champions. The champions you have received a chest on have a really nice border around them :)

Do you have any chests available? You can have up to 4 chests available at a time. One chest slot regents per week. Also, once you have earned a chest on a champion you can't earn another on that champion until the end of the season. First can you check so no legends files are on your hard drive? Navigate to the directory where League of Legends might be (the C: drive by default). Delete the old setup files (if there are any) used to install the game. Restart the PC. Now try reinstalling league of legends. But since you have experienced problems reinstalling the game, you may want to consider running a registry cleaner before reinstalling the game. CCleaner is a common registry cleaner that many players have found useful. You may also want to try creating a new Windows administrative account in the Control Panel to install the game. Hope it will help you!!
