: Just like him {{champion:238}} him {{champion:105}} him{{champion:121}} her {{champion:142}} , her {{champion:55}} , her {{champion:103}} her {{champion:84}} or him {{champion:38}} You could pick kassadin or malzahar against her, congratulations, you made her almost complete useless.
You can outplay all of these champions though... You can't outplay LB Qing you and sitting on you for 100% of your HP
: > starting to feel like my account has been hard set to a specific mmr value by riot where it cannot fall any lower resulting in more losses than should be expected. That would be the definition of ELO-heaven. LOL On a more serious note, what you're witnessing is called smurfing. I see that you're below lvl30, well, for a new player, those games can be quite infuriating/frustrating. Smurfing is, when you create a new account, in order to reset your MMR to a lower one, in order to get easier matchups, either done for learning a new role from scratch, or done out of fun/frustration, due to being hardstuck on the main acc, playing games on the smurf to detilt, etc. I'm stating facts here, I don't take sides / don't judge. **** Thing is, that there aren't that many new players coming to play lol, any more. We do have a gigantic playerbase, with massive new account creation numbers, on a daily basis, but out of those, the actual new players, are quite tricky to find. So when a player that has 1-2 years of experience makes a new acc, and gets matched against a new player, on a new acc, the outcome is pretty obvious. The game is pretty old, and you need quite some time invested, if you wanna be average at best. **** What I'd suggest you is, since you're getting stomped that many times, try learning from what the enemy does, copy them, don't care about the match outcome. It's not your fault that they go like this, just take the loss, and try learning something off it. Do some "self-coaching". See why you died, where you died, how you died, etc. After you gain a medium amount of experience, I'd suggest lvl 70-80, you can join ranked solo/duo games. The skill level discrepancy will be much lower, since you'll be matched based on your actual rank, vs players that have the same rank. You can actually demote there, and if you don't feel comfortable, there's enough space to go down, in order for the matches to feel more balanced, until you improve and climb back out, again. Hope this helps ! All the best, keep going !
I would agree with everything that the poster above me has said apart from one thing, and that's waiting until level 70-80 to start ranked. Honestly, ranked is the place where you get better. After a certain point the people queueing in normals will be challenge rating 0 and that starts way before level 70. At that point you can pretty much stomp anyone with any champion in normals, so my advice would be to rather practice until you have a solid understanding of the macro game and some basics. Here's a list of a few things that you absolutely MUST know before you get into ranked, but once you have those things down you can reach low plat EZ. 1. Don't die (can NOT stress how important this is). Just by keeping your death count as low as possible during a game will help you scale to godly levels since you're spending the time you would have spent dead soaking up that sweet exp. You know how at one point you just notice the enemy team being like 3 levels ahead of you, yet your farm and kills are relatively close to them and you're wondering WTFF. That's probably because you died more. And trust me, when you're 3 levels ahead of everyone else the game is pretty much over and it all falls down to your teamfighting ability and mechanics. 2. Vision (including but not limited to), proper warding locations for maximum coverage, buying control wards, keeping track of enemy wards and their timers. 3. Keeping track of enemy summoner / ult timers. Also it's very helpful to try and play as many champions as possible during your leveling process. When you get to a point where you know what almost all of the champs do and the approximate cooldowns on their abilities it helps you turn fights in your favor. Other things like knowing when to turn and fight with 15% HP while the enemy is at like 70% because you know they just blew everything they had come with experience, and you don't need to worry about that at this point. It'll just come naturally after a while. 4. Consistent farming, don't miss CS, take nearest jungle camp to you when you can if your jungler doesn't mind. 5. Knowing when to go for Baron/Drag and when it's not really safe to do so. Once you master these things everything comes down to how good you are as a player and after that if you lose you can just say "oh okay, the enemy team was just mechanically better". Mechanics come with time too. Also, once you have tried out most of the champ pool, pick a role (top/mid/adc/etc.), stick with it, learn everything about it. Lane mechanics, wave manipulation, when to push, jungler ganking patterns, the whole shebang. Pick a main champion, and then a couple more to just expand your pool if the matchup isn't favorable to you, and you should be set to climb. *Edit: Also, good luck!

Yeah, just found out about that. Kind of only proves my point about them treating the game like it's in early alpha.... How this even makes it to live is beyond me

: Account suspended due to USE OF SCRIPTS
If you got banned for scripting, then you probably were scripting. I don't think those kinds of bans go to tribunal, or people decide if you were scripting or not. The game probably detects illegal 3rd party software running at the same time as the game. Goodbye, and good riddance.

: Anyone else on EUW getting big lag spikes / packet loss? (champion jumping around and stuttering)
I've been lagging on EUW with packet loss for years now, and no amount of support tickets has helped one bit. : She's getting nerfed because of the Shiv/Infinity Edge build which results in her oneshotting any squishy with a single Q auto. It means she reaches her power spike far earlier than she should be. There's little counterplay to it. Not to mention BotRK is getting buffed as well. You're lucky, they were reducing the duration of her ultimate's stealth then reverted it.

It means she reaches her power spike far earlier than she should be. There's little counterplay to it. Not to mention BotRK is getting buffed as well. > The whole point is that while her Shiv/IE power spike is humongous, it takes a lot of gold to get to that power spike, and if you don't get to it fast enough then it's not even that much of a spike. Plus your bad laning phase is gimping your ability to actually GET to that power spike because any decent jungler/bot duo will do their best to completely shut you down and make you obsolete. A short summary of the entire situation is this: **Vayne has always been a feast or famine type of champion, now even more so, but with the increased cost to her build path with the Shiv/IE build it's even more observeable now than before. A lot of other champions in the game are based around the exact same mechanic, but Vayne is the only one being punished for it, and that shouldn't be happening.** This is a nerf that will make Vayne unplayable across every ELO again because the competent Vayne players get punished for being able to suffer through or even win lane phase, while the bad Vayne players suffer EVEN MORE than they do now. The only alternative I see to this is restoring her BotRK build path, if that doesn't happen it's game over, man! Game over!
