I don't say "change dragon and baron to be soloable" but rather add more unique and interesting objectives that anyone can do, like the afromentionend altars. You can stand on altars if you are an adc, a supp or a jungler. It doesn't matter how much levels or what items you have: Everyone has the same chances of getting an altar. Now THAT'S a balanced objective.

: put it on a relatively long cooldown to avoid it being spammable and I'd like the idea. It would also require the healer to be rooted or it would cancel the "healing stream" or it would be too overpowered. This leaves up an opening to either kill the healer, or make him interrupt the beam to get out safely as well, which would balance things out.
Just what good is the character then if he can't move all the time? a passive healing stream is just THAT tool to heal, while still being useful to do anything else - just keep in line of sight with your partner.
: Healing used to be fairly balanced but the thing with healing is if it's good your immune to anything but one shots and if it's weak its useless. Healing was stupidly strong in earlier seasons around when aatrox was released funny enough....... and it just becomes a rather toxic mechanic *look at soraka* so healing was nerfed all around the board so more meta then "who can burst and who can heal is op"
That was at the time where soraka used to solo mid lane all day, but a healing leash champion couldn't use it on himself. That said, the healing needs to be strong in order to be a threat to the enemy team. You learn that in every other game: Target the healer first, so he can't heal the frontline. But in LoL, it's fine to ignore this rule, as healing is outbursted super hard :/

And how much of her "damage healed" is in relation to the damage dealt? how much % of the damage that was dealt to her team, was actually healed?

he oneshots people? What game are you playing? His main damage comes from DOT (DAMAGE OVER FUCKING TIME) he has no "oneshot" ability

: if 4 people on your team dont think they can win why should you and your derpy never ff in ranked attitude be allowed to hold them hostage in a game they no longer think is fun personally i find the duo who fed denying the vote infinitely more annoying yes all games are winnable but for me playing the game is not about winning, its about having fun, and imho stalling out a game where you are way behind for 25-20 minutes hoping that the enemy team will throw hard at baron or let you stall out the game is not very fun. I would rather take the loss instead of waste 20+ minutes in an unfun snooze fest where most of the team is probably salty. *is it possible to win any game no matter how far behind you are?* yes. *is it likely you will win?* NO. possible, yes, but 9/10 "never surrender! we can still win" are still a loss *is it fun?* imo NO. Even if i win games that we were way behind by stalling it out, im left with a sort of "meh" feeling, and attribute it more to enemy team throwing than our team triumphing over insurmountable odds
I agree that, although winning every game is possible, it is not very likely. Fine, we lose the game, but at least let's lose it the normal way and not in such a **degrading** way as surrendering. Surrendering feels a lot lot worse than loosing the normal way.

: Just increase to 30 minutes in rankeds (and allow it at 20 min. when leavebuster spotted an AFK for >10 min.). Some games are worth surrendering, sadly most of the time people simply never experienced a comeback (or didn't learned the lesson)

Still, I refuse to play with a Nasus ever again no matter if in my team or in the enemy team, he just feeds and is not present because he's AFK farming 20 min on top lane. No one needs such players unless it's yi because he's rewarding thanks to devourer

I know your post is over the top but I actually like the ult change, except for the last part. E change would also be interesting, as a better zoning option.
: Darius - Juggernaut - Immobile? Saw one yesterday, went full tank, could 1v4 us and had 478 movement speed.
Even the patch notes of 5.18 mention that Darius is the least mobile of the juggernauts.

: Because making 1 support stronger than all other supports is a good idea. The support role itself needs a buff, but that's a seperate story. And btw, Fiora, Garen and Mordekaiser aren't even that strong anymore (though Morde never really was too strong, due to being so ridiculously easy to kite).
All juggernauts are easy to kite IMO thats what makes them juggernauts. Bruisers with tiny mobility
: As a friend said while spectating one of my games "ok he closed the BC. is gg for you". And it was. Because you cannot have a tank that runs around like crazy while healing that much. Is just insane. He literally quadra-ed the whole team three times. Even if you lock it down with a full 5 secs stun you probably wont kill him and meanwhile the rest of the team will zero you while you focus him (same goes for garen and new mordekaiser). IMO the true juggernauts already existed: Mundo and Sion. Thye have clear pros and cons and they fit that descriptions. The rest is just **********
But a juggernaut is also someone who is able to deal damage but Mundo and Sion just don't meet that requirement, although they could've given them the juggernaut treatment as well

Sejuani was underpowered for 3 Years, between that her really good rework came, but she was nerfed quickly afterwards. Now she is finally seeing some rising again and what happens? She gets nerfed again, it's like Riot never wants her to be strong. And then there's Amumu who is still a simplified version of Sejuani, yet he doesn't get touched at all. The Damage shift from W to E is also unnessecary because E is only used for CC purposes, not for the damage thats what W and Q are here for!
