But again itd require all 4 people to agree you're trolling in order to pass the vote. Or you'd have had to have trolled a previous game, been matched with 1 of those same people and been reported for it in order to get the dodge. There would be NO LP LOSSES. It would act the same as if you declined matchmaking. Do you understand? Its a dodge system to stop the spiralling toxicity of playing with the same people or having 1 person ruin a game with smite barrier ahri support. Off meta picks are still viable and itd still require all 4 players to agree that you are a troll which could be checked via op.gg and your match history doing the off meta pick.

: So, some things I would like to point out. His E is just Galios old E on steroids. He seems to be an amazing fighter yet you have filled his kit with magical stuff unlike xin who utilizes polearm and actually has every skill working with it. He could be the thing of the future where he leaps in the fight to do tons of damage with his amazing polearm... oh wait... his ult is basically a meditation and the part about him having a polearm has nothing to do with ult. Now he seems like a support who just stands in middle of fight for 10 seconds. Also, a cliché hated fighter who does tons of damage yet heals himself back even faster, a.k.a. Fiora's ult, Aatrox's W, Xin's W, etc. P.S. Don't take this too personal, I love the idea of polearm and I am currently working with a polearm character who utilizes earth aswell. I just don't like all the magic part about him where all other fighters are about hitting hard not with lots of particles. Maybe I'm just oldschool.

Theres only a few things i should mention. Firstly that, i brought stats into the post only as a rough guidance, while i usually do say it in the authors notes when i make a champ, i will say it here instead. **I do not make these champions with exact stats or imbalance in mind, these creations are meant to give you an idea of what I want to achieve as a concept, not as implementation into the game** Okay so, his E. Yeah kinda like galio E but speed can be reduced. Perhaps increasing to 20% by max rank. Either way theres a reason galio was reworked and never played. Xin just poke poke pokes and does a random knockup, like he doesnt scream skill. Hes just ur average auto attacker with gap closer and a knockback. His ult was meant for balance, I cant justify him using abilities while he channels an ult, it makes no sense. I see him more as a utility based ult who can build off tank and not get blown up. I never said his ultimate was non interuptable. I just said he was to channel it. Its flimsy but good.

: **Passive**: That is a lot of different stats to have sat on a passive. Additionally, they are actually pretty weak and the MS one of pretty much a weaker Vayne passive. I can't really think of anything you could replace it with. **Q**: That is, from what it does, a ridiculously powerful ability. 300% AD on a high mobility spell is a bit much. Not even Riven has that. I'd probably dial down on the damage on the third strike to 75% or something around their. Additionally, that ability needs to have 5 ranks and not be tied to the ultimate, otherwise you have 5 levels that give you no advantages whatsoever. **W**: I'll look at the second one, as it seems much more interesting than the first. Honestly, I like the idea of deflecting projectiles back at enemies, but what I would advise is that, instead of just launching the projectile back, it sends back a projectile with it's own base damage and scaling, and multiple projectiles to the same target do less damage after the first. 50% damage would probably be the best. **E**: Again, another interesting ability. However, I'd greatly lower the scaling as it's again bordering on ult level damage on a basic ability. Also, I would have the tether slow scale per ability level, not a apply a bleed effect and not increase its cooldown on picking up the blade. What I would suggest instead that picking up the blade grant a movespeed boost towards a formerly tethered target for 1s. **R**: OK. Here's where we hit the 'wtf is wrong with you!?' part of the proceedings; **R Q**: That is beyond broken. Glass Cannon builds would have at minimum 800% AD scaling on this. That is way beyond what an ulted ability should offer. And considering CDR would be a big thing for this champ, you could get that damage of 2 times during the duration, that's 1600% AD scaling. Just no. **R W**: This on the other hand is pathetically weak. It barely offers anything to the champ at all. **R E**: And this just makes the 1600% AD damage easier to land. I would probably rework the ult into its own ability rather than an ability buff. You could conceptually have a great ability here and anything else is kind of a disservice to the cooler parts of this kit.
Before i begin justifying things, i want him/her implemented, not broken enough riot go "NAAAAAAAA, just another person who wants a god champ". The reason for the passive is to give him scaling that ties into a feeling of getting stronger, so in essence we lower the base stats of the champ to compensate or increase em but either way, i was looking for his passive to make him stronger the longer a war continues. Q: The idea behind this was, the graves displacement is very small, much weaker in distance travelled than riven or fiora Qs. So unless they want to stand ontop of you, its not 300%AD. Also, Being honest, its like mordekaiser, people usually CC lock the 3rd strike or move away before it can hit. I put the cooldown long enough that early game, using it and failing means you wont have alot of damage other than that in the kit. W: Thing is, while i like off meta builds, which is why the first one was given AP scaling. I couldnt possibly think that riot would be able to balance returning projectiles with 50% damage bouncing every which way, so it was more for easier coding and less bugs. E: Picking up the blade allows you to use your full 3 charges of Q again. Thats why i want its cooldown increased or its just fiora levels of chasing full bear stance udyr with constant Q spam making it nonsense. I want a champ that you can escape but not easily. Bleed was because this champ has no lifesteal or damage mitigation, like im looking at the full package, This is the only CC this champ has, it should be a skillshot like olafs but harder to hit, my idea is more like an aatrox jump area with a wind up animation that can be cast while moving (but ofc, holding it doesnt allow you to change target zone). Although, i will mention, i don't think the cd should double if you don't have a tethered target. R: Q: Actually I agree its broken, as i said, its meant to be balanced by someone. Also where you getting 1600%AD? Im talking about 0.5 + 0.5 original slashes that dont have much range or width and dont act as to good of a gap closer like riven. Then for each completed offensive item, an extra 0.5 scaling slash until the final one. Where its x5 if you're hit. So lets say boots + 5 offensive items. x5AD, + 7 x 0.5 = x8.5AD scaling if you land a full combo. Now glass cannon might sound fun, but you arent tryn, you arent riven, you arent even kayn or zed. You got no invincibility or escapes, you're closer to an olaf without being immune to CC. So if you do go glass cannon, you'll probably be 1 shot by late game providing you aren't deflecting all the damage. R W: Like i said, want it implemented with obviously a few changes to scalings/base damages since i admit they aren't calculated for in game just very rough idea of what we're achieving here. R E: The 850% AD suddenly becomes 700%AD because you lose a slash for Q and final attack loses 100%AD from it. Assuming again you are glass cannon in which case, good luck not getting CC'd to death and die. I appreciate the feedback though, it would be nice to give him some tenacity but i dont want something invincible, i want something cool that seems alot of fun to play. Thats why glass cannon builds might sound cool and broken but then, so is fizz glass cannon, so is zed or kayn but they have escapes in their kit with the 1 shot that supports it. This champ doesn't support that play style.
