: To all of your questions: Yes, but only 30 days after you asked for the deletion of your account. Also note that if you just want to switch the name of two accounts, you can do so by asking the Riot Support. It'll cost the same as a name change (1.300 RP/13.900 BE). On another note, I think you should also read this FAQ about account deletions, it should answer most questions, if not all: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/202647784-Account-Deletion-FAQ

: I am not sure what sort of art you are after, but take a look at the League Displays app! https://euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/featured/league-displays https://i.imgur.com/30pbhqV.jpg

: Someone playing bad doesn't mean they're bots. I assume you're talking about [this game](https://matchhistory.euw.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/EUW1/3967634406/2069927135465824), since it's the most recent CoOp 5v5 game. Bot accounts usually have one thing in common: patterns. They tend to play many games per day, usually with the same champions and builds. If you pay close attention to those players, you'll see they have been playing with each other and they're not consistent with their champion picks and builds. I'm not denying the existance of bots, but in this particular case it doesn't look like it.
Okay, thanks for the explanation. However, sometimes, the players don't even use a summoner icon. (it's fully black) Is this possible? I've also taken a look at their Match History, and I only see Co-op vs. AI games. They also don't talk in-game. Could they be external bots? I'm curious, because it's pretty annoying when you just try to win a fast game, but those bots all go mid-lane and play bad

: Well, there simply is no Champ called KaiSa. It's Kai'sa. Why would it be blocked then? The apostrophe is part of the name.
